We love the machine. We have the dryer that comes with it. The wash cycle are efficient. A music plays when the wash is done. The machine is very quiet, no vibration, even with full capacity like blankets. The washing result is always perfect. We can wash small load or high load with confidence. We installed the washing machine on the left side of the dryer and the doors opens such as you can just transfer the load directly from the washer to the dryer. We highly recommend.

My old Samsung washer that we had for 10 years stopped working and the parts to fix it no one had, so we decided to buy an new machine which was a big mistake. Day one right out of the box it bounce around every where, I leveled it like it tells you to in the instructions and still the same problem. We have tried different amounts of clothes and that didn’t matter it still bounce uncontrollably to the point where it ripped out the brackets for the stacked dryer and dented my walls and scratched the top of the washing machine. I would no recommend this product to anyone. If this is what Samsung is bring to market they are definitely doing something wrong and needs to rethink this division in their company. This isn’t a $200 washing machine but it seem to work like a $200 machine. No a happy customer.

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

I bought this washer about 2 weeks ago and from the start it has been GREAT ! I love all the features, the quiet operating cycles and the large capacity to hold more clothes. The LED panel is very well designed and the sound made when a selection is made is quite nice. I like that I am in control of the washing instead of only having pre-set options. I have used the QUICK Wash on numerous occasions and it has saved me soo much time doing laundry. I like that I am saving water doing each wash cycle as the machine doesn't fill up and wash the clothes in a tub full of dirty water during washing. The washer is energy efficient and quite advanced. I like that I have an option to clean the washer using the SELF CLEAN feature which will keep it from mold, mildew and odors, this feature in itself is above the competition of other front load washers. Samsung really designed and produced a very well built, advanced complete washer in the 6000 Series. I am completely satisfied and enjoy doing the laundry which used to be a chore but no longer. GREAT JOB SAMSUNG !

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!

Every time I do laundry it sounds like there’s an earthquake. The machine is super loud and shakes the entire floor. Been through all the troubleshooting - levelling, offloading, re-calibration - and the problem has persisted. Extremely disappointed and never want to purchase another Samsung appliance again.

The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity is deceptively large—it easily handles bulky items like king-sized comforters and heavy towels without throwing off the balance.The standout feature for me is how incredibly quiet it is. Thanks to the Vibration Reduction Technology+, the spin cycle is stable and you barely hear it running, even with full loads. My clothes come out extremely clean and fresh, and the energy-efficient design has already made a dent in our utility bills. I bought this machine less than 2 years ago and really loved it. It is quiet and it cleans clothes well. We are a household of only three and it did not have heavy use but a month ago the right side counterweight broke off of the plastic outer drum. I hoped the drum warranty would help pay for parts but the warranty only covers the steel part of the drum. Only 2 years and repairing the machine costs more than buying a new one. I suspect the bolts holding the counterweight were not properly tightened during manufacture, causing the weight to loosen and resulting in it breaking the plastic tub. Hopefully a one-off because I generally prefer Samsung appliances.

The washer has a large load capacity, what is the most important for a family of five. I’m an active person who likes to exercise and run every day, so my clothes are very soiled after. I threw them in the washer and after a short period of time they come out fresh and like new so it has an “Activewear” setting for that type of wash which makes it easy. It also has an LED display so it makes it easy to see in the darkest of rooms. Another plus it’s energy star rated so it’s Economical. I highly recommend this product.

from day one, the washer was loud while in spin cycle. after working with both home depot and samsung for months, it was determined by samsung certified technicians, that the noises were due to using the washer pedestal which samsung made. we were told there was nothing they could do and to eliminate the noise we should not use the pedestal. we cant even put anything on the top of the washer because it just vibrates off. we are also unhappy with samsung and their service. several times my wife would create a ticket with a service tech only to have it lost and we would start over again. service was unacceptable.

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.

The best part of this is its quiet I can now adjust how hot I want the water to be. The touch pause and stop I love, it washes my clothes super fast which I really do need if I have to run out. The features that I like are how many rinses you want. I can hold 2 full size comforters. I like the quick wash the most because washes your clothes very fast if you're in a rush. Like that it’s front washer and the color white goes with everything, I mostly use the quick wash because I wash my uniform every day when I come home from work.

I was having trouble with the machine not working properly in last spin cycle but as soon as we Thoroughly cleaned the washer and dispenser that seems to have solved the problem. (Would spin for hours without draining properly)Hope that helps others. I have not found it to be loud as others have complained. But mine is in my basement.

We had previously owned a Samsung front load washing machine which lasted for approximately seven years before the repairs ended up costing as much as simply replacing the appliance. My wife is satisfied with the new washer so far. The new design seem sleeker and is slightly larger in cubic feet than our previous Samsung front load washer. The wife seems satisfied with the easy to use controls as with our last Samsung front load washer. Our new Samsung front load washer is equipped with an anti-vibration system, which is noticeably quieter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my old washing machine which was a top brand too BTW made so much noise and sometimes it felt like it was going to bounce right through my floor but my Samsung washing machine is quiet and you can't hardly feel any vibration from it at all I have even questioned whether its running or not the first couple uses and I love how much more clothes it can hold than my only one and the clothes feel so much cleaner when done in this washer it is probably the best washer for the amount of clothes and Blankets we wash around here and all the controls are so easy to use I am only 5" tall and it is perfect for me to use without bending and twisting and hurting my back. I absolutely love it.

I have yet to have one wash in which it has ran smooth. There was a time in which I fell to my knees crying asking God why me. Why does this washer hate me. It wants to destroy me. It jumps, it has broken its own legs off. It has been perfectly balanced and still tries to destroy me and my house. I called my warranty up and they did not help at all! Please again I say, stay away, this will destroy your emotions. You have to hold the machine while it runs and shut it off when you can't hold it back from running away. It's so annoying.

I can just hear it upstairs (it's in the basement) so it's not bothersome but I know when to switch clothes to the dryer. My last washer didn't have this so I would always forget about the wet clothes. I'm really enjoying testing all the different settings. I also am really happy with the capacity - it's much larger than my last washer; I can fit basically twice as much laundry in it, so only have to do one load when I used to do two. I have no complaints so far.

Great washer when new. Features are just enough if you want a budget washer. Honestly my last washer had steam sanitize and stain away and i found such extra features useless. If you want a good wash just pick the hottest temperature hence why i bought this model and save a few bucks. I hope Samsung built this to last at least 10 years. As my last samsung fell apart in multiple places after 6 years and 2 service calls under extended warranty. I only went samsung again as i stack and didn't want to buy a new dryer. Make sure you get a 5 year service plan. I take 2 stars away for 2 reasons. No drum light. And until samsung proves it a reliable machine can they get that last star

I bought this from Trail Appliances (but posting here so potential buyers can be advised). Then after 14 months, the spin cycle was very loud. I called Samsung and they will not cover this since they only cover 12 months warranty. I had a repair person come and quote to repair this will be over $1,000 after tax! Problem was bent drum shaft and worn out bearing. Apparently just the bearings cannot be replaced and the full drum with bearing assembly must be purchased. This is a huge labour undertaking. I am so disappointed. Repair quote was so high, the technician said not worth it to fix, just buy a new one and consider LG instead. I already contacted Samsung twice with no help. Will try again. Maybe 3rd time's a charm? I also bought the matching dryer (DVE45T6005W) and after 15 months, there was a squeaking noise. The repair was only $262.50 so better than buying a new one. But still, who wants to spend this money on a repair on a dryer that is only 15 months old? Do not buy this washer and dryer model set.

It's reduced the amount of time I'm doing laundry in half. After washing everything from bulky oily carpenter pants , to towels, and my clothing. I am very pleased with this machines ability to remove any and all stains I put in front of it. The washer is very quiet. When I shut my laundry room door, I forget the washer is even being used. My old washer has a terrible spin cycle where we could feel the vibrations throughout the house. This new unit has no vibration.

Pleased w how clothes come out w little water still absorbed on them. In my 27 year old washer I replaced, the clothes were always wet. I'm still getting used to the cycle choices and hope to find more info online. I feel a quick user guide on paper would have been nice in the packet. I haven't gone online yet for detergent quantity tips or cycle usage to save changes to certain defaults, instead of redoing each time. i.e., on the normal cycle I sometimes want cold instead of warm/hot. And I seem to only need med spin on the loads I did. It defaults to high.

Bought this brand new in summer of 2020. Recently the spin cycle sounds like a rocket launching. Had a repair person come out and he said the rear bearings are gone. $800+tx to repair. He suggested contacting Samsung for the parts and just pay labour. I see the machine is still available on the site for (sale price) $1050 ish. Used the chat and asked if we could get parts. The agent was extremely slow, replying 3-5 min, and said parts aren’t available then provided an 800# to call for parts. (1) if I wanted to call, I wouldn’t have used the chat (2) if the parts aren’t available why would I call? I realize that companies are making poorer quality items to make more money off customers, but I’ll be looking at other brands to replace this machine.

The door doesn't feel like it is closed without a firm push, but the framework is plastic making me hesitant to really shut it like my old one. I compared it to another Samsung model but felt the other model had too many features I wouldn't use, but should have spent the extra money. While this washer does what I want it to, it NO save setting. So I had to make a chart, laminate and hang it for my teens, as this doesn't even save the last cycle/setting used. You also need hold the start button, it's not a quick touch. Almost annoyed that we bought the warranty, as my previous washer only lived 7 1/2 yrs without one (and a lot of CPR).

Purchased the washer/dryer set today to replace a Kenmore set. After setting up began the calibration as per the manual and the washer only buzzed, and lasted for about 5 min then shut off. Tried to run a cycle with no laundry, same thing. The door was even able to be opened as this was happening. I am familiar with the sequence of events when a cycle starts as the Kenmore is identical to the Samsung and there is no door lock after any cycle is selected. It just goes bzzzzzzzzzz...... So needless to say this is an absolutely horrible experience and not one that I predict is able to be resolved promptly after dropping 2.5k on the set. I'll be in touch with Best Buy tomorrow to begin this process.

The 5.2 cu.ft Samsung Front Load Washer (WF45T6000AW/A5) has excellent capacity and runs with low noise, not completely silent, but definitely quiet. It cleans really well, and the Self Clean+ feature is a nice bonus. I just wish it had phone/app control. Overall, a solid and reliable washer.

We bought the washer 4 months ago and the first couple washes were ok. Then the tub inside would bounce and hit the door when the spin cycle started and stopped. I called samsung support twice and with a bunch of hassle almost 2 months later I finally had someone come and take a look. The tech did not do a thorough check and told me to try a load which he told me 4 towels is as much as I can put in. Of course it worked fine. After he left I put what a normal load of laundry should look like and it bounced everywhere. I called samsung again and because the tech said there's nothing wrong, they can't send a new tech or refund etc. I am so disappointed. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I bought this.

Being front loading, so clothes don't get wound up around any agitator. it's well balanced and sturdy, even pretty heavy, so it doesn't rock and throw itself out of balance during the spin cycle with a heavy load. When running, it operates with a soft, reassuring sound; just enough for you to know it's on duty and doing its job, without invading your ears with its action. Finally, the buttons feel sure and precise and let out pleasant tones with each press. The machine is very effective in cleaning every garment that is put in it, including a comforter.. any garment that you wash in the machine after the spin cycle comes out almost dry which means that there is less time in the dryer needed to dry the clothes. I am partial to front loaders because I feel they clean and don’t tear your clothes up. The washer is very effective, even on a delicate cycle and very quiet. If using softener or beads, The effectiveness is not diminished in a Samsung washer but comes out smelling wonderful.

I can't believe how easy this washer is to use! I really like the blue LED Lighting it is even on the dial. My wife and I's favorite setting on the washer is the normal setting, you can even change how high your spin is, how cool is that? This was so easy to set up and start using. Have I discussed with how quiet this washer is? I can not even really hear it running when we are using it. Oh something else cool about this washer is the Self Clean! It's super easy to use as well and the manual explains how to use all the different settings on this nifty washer! I highly recommend this to anyone!

We had a Samsung previously that lasted 12 years and was reliable. This one, so far is even better I believe. It has more options for temperature of the water, extra rinses, spins and seems to wash a bit more quickly than my old one did. I love it so far, AND it has a 20 year warranty! I like the redesigned door seal too that’s supposed to cut down on the mildew problem the old door seals had. I’m looking forward to using it for many more years!

I have never dealt with a more frustrating experience than with our Samsung washing machine. This is a brand-new unit, less than a year old, used lightly by a family of three. After only five months, it began making a severe banging noise during the final minutes of the spin cycle. The issue is completely unpredictable — we never know when it’s going to happen. We’ve now had three service visits. During one, the technician replaced the basket and bearings entirely — a major repair on what should essentially be a new machine. Despite that, the problem continues. At the most recent visit, technicians couldn’t find anything wrong. Yet later that same day, the machine made an even louder banging noise and, for the first time, emitted a burning smell. At this point, this goes beyond inconvenience. This is a reliability and safety concern. A washing machine with repeated internal failures and a burning odor is not something any household should feel comfortable using. What’s most disappointing is the lack of resolution. After multiple service calls and hours spent on the phone, no meaningful action has been taken. We purchased Samsung expecting quality and reliability. Instead, we’ve been left with an unreliable appliance and no confidence that it’s safe to use. Buyers should be aware that even significant repairs may not resolve underlying issues. We will never purchase another Samsung product.

I love how I can use different settings depending on what I am washing. I have never owned a front loader but I have to say it is now my favorite. It holds quite a bit of clothing. I love the area where you add your soaps, it has a max fill line on it so you know how much soap to use. The washer is so quiet and plays a nice little tune when it's done. The LED lighting is an absolute plus at night when doing laundry. I highly recommend this washer to anyone looking for an upgrade. My favorite Setting is the normal setting, you can pretty much use it on anything. I also feel this washer cleans my clothes so much better than my past ones.

Awful experience with Samsung appliances. The washer has issues where it becomes unbalanced in the last rinse + spin cycle causing the washer to rinse, drain repeat with no resolution. The only solution is to manually drain it using the emergency drain at the bottom next to the filter. This is unacceptable, as someone who has used an LG front load washer, I've never thought issues like this existed. What happened to the times where companies made products that just worked without any tricks. Get it together Samsung, or drop the business.

Bought this washer 3 years ago (in COVID time)...the first washer could not be installed because it failed the hookup test. The installer said he has never see this happen in all his 30 years of the business. The second washer failed after 3 years. The huge C shaped bolt broken in half and water everywhere...again the repair man from samsung said He had never seen this happen and that products were just being slapped together during the quarentine time. BYER BEWARE....still in contact with Samsung to see if they will make it right.

Bought this one a couple of weeks ago, when making my choice I was convinced that I can have this machine connected to my phone, that's what you can see on the photos above. But here comes disappointment - there is nothing nearly close to that, the application only serves to fetch description of codes that machine displays for the cases when something goes wrong. Complete garbage for me this app, just takes the space in my phone. If there is an error code I can always ask google, why do I need this app. Other than that the machine has no connection to the phone, it is not the IoT device, the photos are really misleading. Overall, did not have any issues with the machine within these couple of weeks, its quiet and I like the pre-wash option, does great job

I will need sometime to review the manual on how to adjust the washing time. 45 mins. for a normal wash is too long. 35 minutes is ideal for me as I don't like to over load. Also, the door does seem to be a little affected when washing men's heavier clothes, I hope this does not become an issue with the door locking properly in the future. The dryer is also a good purchase, very effective, again, I'll have to research how to control the timer manually because 45 mins it's too long.

I was excited to get this new Samsung machine. My old one, also a Samsung died after 14 years of use and I was happy with that one. I am disappointed that the new machine does not let me select a cold rinse for every cycle. It only rinses the laundry cold when selecting cold as the wash temperature, so no hot wash & cold rinse or even warm wash &cold rinse is possible. The laundry always comes steaming warm. It would be more energy efficient if the cold rinse could be used at all wash temperatures.

From the start it would not spin without jumping all over. I talked with service. They talked me through a fix. It lasted 5 weeks. Had to fix it again. Finally requested a tech come out. He determined the machine had vibrated so much that the base cabinet was collapsing which was adding to the problem. Sitting in on the floor and leveling it helped but did not solve the problem.

It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

The Samsung washer is a high and energy efficient washer that does it’s job. This washer saves us a lot of water plus washing a load of clothes is at a timely manner. It makes little to no noise while in motion. The previous washer took longer to finish the normal cycle, the new washer takes only 45 minutes. The spin cycle leaves the clothing really dry and have not had a problem. I also like the size of the inside of the washer. The washer is easy to use and to start, you just pick and choose how you want your washer to run. I’m really excited about this Samsung washer that it has the self clean program. Not bad, but some of the settings are not the same. Their idea of soaking is to get the item wet, damp,really, and then wash as usual. Water savings should be substantial. Am now pre-soaking in bucket and transferring to washer after clothes have "soaked" not just been damp. Regular required cleaning was never needed to extent these machines now require, either.

Make sure you get it on a level area, so you get no vibrations you can apply 2-sided tape under side of pedestals for extra stability. It is hard to keep clean as far as the rubber seal goes you have to keep the seal dry once you use it and let it air out or you will get the moldy musty smell. Overall, for the price and capacity and lifespan of this unit I would recommend it.

It came with the house, and was brand new. The washer did a wonderful job at washing clothes. It is quiet, and seems to be very efficient. The reason I gave it a three Star rating is because it is a front load washer. This is the second front load washer we have owned, and after the first, I said, I would never buy one. But it came with the house we bought. We have lived here for two years and it is time to replace the washer. The problem with front load washers is that no matter what you do, they always tend to smell like mold and mildew. We would leave the front door open on the washer. After each load, I cleaned the washer every time it started to smell or when the washing machine told me it needed cleaned. I ended up just cleaning it no matter what every two weeks. It still smells! I just don’t understand that at all.

I have enjoyed the multiple settings both different loads and within the loads. And I have now gotten used to it “singing” to me when finished. The only complaint so far is a small issue when added detergent and softener along with my sanitizer; there isn’t enough room in the reservoir to hold it and I have noticed it running out into the machine before the start of the load.

Zero stars. 3 weeks out of warranty, this washer destroyed itself. The counterweight in the machine broke loose from the drum, then broke itself in half. Dented the front of the machine, punctured the drum and leaked all over the place. This seems like a failure that should never have happened. The installation was correct - level and secure. We did a self clean monthly. The calibration was checked regularly. What a disappointment and a total waste of $.

After getting it all hooked up the first time and turning it on for a test run, water went everywhere - leaking from underneath. Ultimately, the problem was a broken plastic "air gap" (I think it was called). The part was broken during shipping. To the company's credit they responded quickly to get someone out to fix it. The part was not readily available so I had to wait about 10 days to actually get it fixed. The repairman said that it looked as though the piece may have broken when the delivery guy stuck the dolly under and a piece of Styrofoam packing pushed up into the drain hose and breaking the plastic piece. Maybe a design modification would prevent repeat occurrences. Aside from that frustration, the washer has worked very well.

We have a 2 year old Samsung Washer/Dryer set that includes this model. It started making noises, but we thought it was just an unbalanced load. The noise became worse, so we called in a repairman. Turns out the Counterweight bolts were not properly attached, and they broke away, therefore breaking the counter weight, and damaging the tub. $950 to fix. Samsung seems to struggle with appliance quality and workmanship, so I would recommend another brand.

Have to keep door open all the time to avoid overpowering mildew odor which doesn’t make one feel confident about sanitary conditions for washing items. This started almost immediately. I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.

I love the sanitize feature to clean the washer. My previous washer was okay but this washer blows it out of the park. They are so many more feature. The bright led display is bright so i can chose my cycle. It has many different temperatures. Which us really nice. It also has different wash load options. You can also choose how many spins it does in a cycle. It washes my clothes with such ease and they look amazing coming out. It has a drawer that opens for detergent, bleach and softener. I usually use tide pods but i use the drawer for my fabric softener. I have had absolutely no problems with this washer. It has exceeds all my expectations. Overall i would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new washer.

it does the job but it's soooo loud. i picked this one specifically for the vibration reduction and it does not do that. my room is far from where it is located and i can hear it with my door closed. along with that, the jingle that plays is long and kinda annoying. i turned it off, but now i don't get notified when my laundry is done which is not too big of a deal because i can tell that it's done when the loud vibrating noise is gone lol.

The one thing that prevents giving a fifth star is that the cleaning cycle takes over 3 hours. The first time that happened I called service to see why that was so. The answer I got was it should only take an hour or so. Well, come to find out later, that wasn't true. It does take more than 3 hours, so, make sure you allow for that in your plans to buy this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time with a front loader. I'm so happy we made this choice. I like that I can see what's happening inside, during the wash cycle. I like the soap measuring drawer, that it's very quiet, the way I'm able to choose the settings and that there is a timer letting me know how long each cycle has to go. I also like the cute tune it plays when the close are finished washing. My close come out clean and well spun to go into the dryer.

It replaced an 8 year old, heavily used machine that I was able to repair (YouTube helps!) a couple of times. The good: it fit on the same pedestal. Seems quieter, less bouncy. More granular options (temp, spin, rinse etc). Accessible filter (a must have). The bad: this model does not have a chime disable option. The chimes are loud and there is no way to turn them off. My option is to find the speaker and disable it (likely to void the warranty), or return the unit. A crappy reason for a return but - who designs an appliance in 2025 to force this super annoying sound on a house with sleeping kids and a nervous dog? Seriously, did you talk to ONE mom/dad when you were in the product development and design stage? The older unit this replaced had the mute feature so of course it exists.

I should have researched this better... Hardly got out of warranty period and started having issues. Machine chews up clothing. Keeps getting stuck pumping out water when there is no water in it. If you press the "smart care" button it just brings up an blank screen and has to be unplugged. Will only wash cloths on "normal" any other setting causes it to endlessly pump water. Half the buttons are smudged off, so you can't read them..

Firstly the capacity - I can easily wash my comforters at home now and that is a huge convenience especially with the pandemic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer can hold 10 or more pairs of blue jeans and clean all of them. 12 or more bigger towels the fluffy giant ones! Its amazing how much it can wash but not just that, I don't use any fancy sprays or bleach except for bleaching kitchen or bathroom rags for sanitary reasons and all of my clothes come out like new with just some good laundry soap and a good softener and you can wash your whole wardrobe in a load or two!

Further Samsung support was unbelievably, unprofessional, un helpful. The number of engagements was excessive. I'd give a ZERO rating if I could. I cannot say enough awful things. I tried to return with failured for 3 weeks!!! I was professional the whole time, Samsung WAS NOT!

Less loads because it's bigger, it's much quieter, and we can both hear when it's done to turn the load over to the dryer. No complaints, it's definitely an upgrade. Larger than the old one but slim and sleek so it's not imposing. Clothes come out clean and there's less back and forth from the basement where the washer lives.

We are very disappointed in the cleaning capabilities of this machine. There is only enough water in the "normal" cycle to dampen the load and not enough water to get the load clean. Everything smells like it has not been washed. The only way to get more water is to use the "bedding" cycle for all loads. However, even on the "bedding" cycle there is not enough water to thoroughly clean and rinse a set of sheets.

We decided on replacement and my wife concurred it had to be another Samsung. When we saw this washer we knew it would be the one we wanted and went out to get it. After getting it home and hooking it up it was time to test it out as we had plenty of laundry waiting for it. My wife at one point asked me if it was running as she could not even hear it so i checked, yep! It was running. All our clothes came out very clean and in a short amount of time. We love the sleek design and all of the options it has on it. The soft touch buttons are really nice.Now she wants the matching dryer as the one we have matched the old Samsung washer ( they are similar but more updated). I told her that will happen but will have to wait until we save enough money up for it.

This washing machine has a wide variety of settings for washing, which is great for a large family and lots of laundry to do. The bedding and waterproof items setting are awesome! Without the center cylinder, things like this can tangle, but not so with this setting. I was able to wash and dry my giant comforter in literally half the time! I love that it reminds me of when it is time to clean the machine and love the schedule setting, it's perfect for my crazy lifestyle. I am able to start a load when I leave work and have it done by the time I get home, leaving no time for wet smells to start! The self-clean cycle is great. You will enjoy the little chime that goes off when the load is done, it's such a happy little sound. It's only been a week but it's been love at first sight!

As a user of everyday equipment I felt a little scared regarding these (front doors) to my surprise and satisfaction I can tell you that it has been a success. I have a girl of preschool age and she helps me with loading clothes and pouring detergents (with supervision) this has provided a link between the two since we can spend more time together and she learns in a fun way. the washing machine has a larger load capacity than a regular one, you do not have to decide what the batch size would be because it has a sensor that determines the amount of water you need according to the amount of laundry. It has several washing cycles in which ae can highlight bedding, quick wash, and sportswear among others. It has compartments for detergent, bleach and softener with extra measures.
