The camera takes stunning photos, and although it doesn’t have the 5x telephoto camera, I rarely used it on my S24 Ultra anyway. The huge display is fantastic for social media, Netflix, YouTube and reading content. Overall, I’m really enjoying the foldable experience. My only disappointment is that my earlier order was cancelled, so I missed out on some great deals, including the Buds Pro offer.

It is bright, sharp and the big inner screen makes watching videos and doing work much more enjoyable. Battery life has also been better than I expected. With normal daily use, I can get through most of the day without worrying about charging.Performance feels very smooth too, even when I have several apps open at the same time. I was a little unsure about the Hinge at first, but it feels strong and well made. The phone also feels more solid than I expected, which gives me confidence about Durability for everyday use. There is a small learning curve because it is different from a normal phone, but after using it for a few days, I got used to it quickly. Overall, it feels like a premium phone that is actually useful.

The Display is probably my favourite part, its big and bright and makes watching videos and multitasking much better. Performance is also really smooth, apps open fast and I havent noticed much lag so far. Battery life has been pretty good for me, although heavy use does drain it quicker like you would expect. The Hinge feels solid and the overall Durability seems good, but I still find myself being a bit careful with a foldable phone. Overall I like it a lot, especially for work and multitasking. Its expensive but if you actually use the big screen then I think it makes more sense.

Going from the fold 6 to the fold 8 ultra is a huge game changer, bigger cover screen, super slim design, and even better cameras has been such a gamechanger for me. The 200 megapixel main shooter takes amazing photos, and the software enhancement to the pictures is also super impressive. The cover screen of the device is no longer skinny, but a normal sized screen that is way easier to use. They have lessened the crease, put better cameras in and it comes with the latest android software. I have been a Fold user since the Fold 3 and I don't see myself going back. I use the multitasking split screen feature almost everyday. The phone is buttery smooth and feels like a normal candy bar phone when Folded. I am really enjoying my experience with this phone and I'm still learning how to take and edit pictures in a more creative way. The new edit feature that allows you to edit photos and video along with the new filters allow you to create some really cool looking media.

I've always been curious by the Fold line, but the phones were always 2nd tier with cameras, screen, etc. With the newest Fold 8 Ultra, it finally checks the boxes I wanted to make the change. The screen is sharp and vibrant, the anti glare makes the crease basically non-existent, and the cameras are solid. The only reason I went with a 4 instead of 5 is that, even though it has the same battery capacity as my Galaxy Ultra did, this one seems to discharge a little faster (when using the outer screen, obviously the unfolded screen will use more). It's not a significant difference but I can tell already, so I'm unsure how it'll hold a charge 6 months from now.

It's my 1st folding Samsung after having several Samsung Galaxy phones before this and I was impressed with he flip screen. My main issue with this phone is that my Garmin will now not pair to this phone despite 4 hours of doing a vast number of suggested actions to try to pair the two devices. My previous phone had no issues at all and as a daily cyclist this is a huge blow for me when spending this amount of money on a device. I would research Garmin connectivity online before buying any phone to avoid having this problem, I'm sure a quick search will help highlight the devices to avoid, unfortunately I didn't expect to have to do this kind of research on a new Samsung.

They just keep getting better and more durable. The 200MP camera is a big improvement over the 50MP on the 6, and the wider front screen makes it easier to use, and the antireflective inside screen with a barely noticeable crease is a pleasure to use. I saw the major improvement to front screen aspect ratio and thickness in the Z Fold 7 and was super keen. Z Fold 8 Ultra continued the upgrades and made the crease less noticeable so I immediately pre ordered. Been using it for 2 weeks now and even my partner, who's using a non-android device (iykyk) is jealous. Super happy but also super excited at the direction samsung folds are going. The standard Fold 8 also doesnt fall far behind so I'm keen to try that a few generations in.

The Vodafone store even told me I was the first person to pick one up from them, which was pretty cool! The phone is incredibly fast and smooth, especially when multitasking. The camera has been a big improvement and takes great photos and videos. The crease is also much less noticeable. I’ve also been impressed with the AI capabilities. There are plenty of useful features that actually make everyday tasks easier rather than just feeling like a gimmick. I’m very happy with the upgrade, I've had the fold 1, 2, 5 and now the 8 ultra. This has been by far the best one!

I chose Ultra over the Fold because of better cameras and easy multitasking as compared to a small form factor. I love how thin it is, not as heavy and bulky as very earlier models of Fold. Battery size is also a big improvement. Anti reflective interior display is also a big plus. Smart switch app is a blessing, it was super easy to transfer everything from my old phone and didn't take super long.

I've been on the Z Fold train since the Z Fold 6 and then I ended up with the Z Fold 7, and now I have the Z Fold 8 ultra which I'm stoked about. But I'm extremely extremely disappointed that the Z Fold 7 and the Z Fold 8 ultra do not have S.Pen compatibility, that's my biggest complaint that I have and really my only complaint that I have. I'm insanely disappointed that the Z Fold 8 does not have the S.Pen support, and I'm praying that you guys will bring it back and I want an internal spot to store the s.Pen and the Z fold will be complete in my opinion.

But after using the 8 ultra, I'm fully satisfied that I chose to upgrade. I've been using the fold 8 ultra constantly all morning long and I'm only at 88% at 1pm. The fold 7 would have been at 50%. The subtle angling Samsung added to the exterior makes it much easier to open. No more needing to dig your fingernails in the middle of the phone! The hinge feels stronger, more responsive, and of course the screen crease is hard to find. The anti reflective coating on the inside hides it even more! The screen fingerprint reader was such a mess especially if you were using a screen protector. Transferring my old phone to this one was so simple it made it like the phone was set up just for me. I prefer this phone over the regular Fold 8 because I can open it half way if I want to and close this is such a small phone than my oldest 24 Ultra. I also didn't like how the case would rub on my ears when talking on the phone. They Samsung graphite case for this phone is so perfect because the magnetic backing and it doesn't rub my ears when using it as a phone.

Battery life is the biggest change: my Fold 5 would barely make it through a full day, and I was always hunting for a charger by evening. The Fold 8 Ultra actually holds up. The hinge is noticeably smoother, and the main screen crease is much better than the Fold 5's, still visible if you're looking for it, but a real improvement. Responsiveness is a smaller difference, but it's there; everything just feels a touch snappier day to day. The thing I like most, though, is the wider cover screen. On the Fold 5, typing out a quick WhatsApp reply on the outside screen felt cramped, so I'd end up unfolding the phone way more than I should've just to reply to something simple. The Fold 8 Ultra's wider cover screen makes typing and quick replies feel natural without opening it, a small change that makes a real difference day to day. I've only had the 8 Ultra a week, so I can't speak to long-term durability first-hand yet. But I had my Fold 5 since launch with zero issues, so if the 8 Ultra holds up anywhere near as well, I'll be more than happy.

I hope that not long will samsung improve it but I really like these phones so I bought it soft and the software at the highest level as to the quality of the screen is good but it could have been better.
