                  It's been little over a week since I received Z fold 8 and I have been really impressed with it. The design feels slimmer and more refined, while still giving you the convenience of a phone that opens into a much larger screen. The large inner display is excellent for watching videos, browsing the web, multitasking, and using multiple apps at the same time. The outer screen is also much more comfortable to use for everyday tasks. Overall, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is an impressive upgrade and feels very premium. This is one of the best foldable phones and mini-tablet in one device, it is very expensive but totally worth it.

                  I truly love this phone. The front display is a great size where I can use for all apps and more. The middle display is simply fantastic 👌 and I love the way the hinge snaps giving it a really high quality feel. The battery last for two days which is incredible and the whole devise feel so durable and well made. I have a three year contract and feel totally confident this device will last. The operating system is perfect and has amazing responsiveness. It truly is a joy to own and use. Love the large screen when I'm searching online and the front is great for everyday use. I would highly recommend this device

                  I think Samsung nailed it with the Fold8, the size, the hinge mechanism, the screen viewing ration when folded and unfolded, it is impressive and once you get used to it you can't go back to normal phones. Battery capacity is huge and certainly lasts for a full day with constant usage, and the phone form factor is durable but worth investing in a rugged cased to protect such massive investment. Screen is bright and very responsive when folded and unfolded, really love watching videos on this phone, and more importantly choose the right case that support vertical kickstand (not just horizontal) to be sure you are most enjoying the screen view.

                  Received on day one of shipping. Great phone and quality i expect from Samsung but poor camera location design. I get the possible location is probably limited but the raised design makes it impossible to type or do anything really laid flat. Would suggest also getting some sort of protection for the lenses as it's pretty much the first thing that will hit any surface and most likely get scratched or damaged easily

                  The size and shape of this phone is unique and this is definitely the best Fold phone to date. The thinner, lighter design compared with other Fold devices makes for a more user friendly experience whilst still offering the front screen as a quick use tool and the larger fold screen as a small tablet all in one. Ive put a 360 case on it as i will drop it and this is still no thicker than the average phone in a case. Battery so far is more than i need for heavy daily use and the speed and response is exceptional. The fold mech is strong and durable, holds firmly closed until openeded and snaps closed when finished. Best Samsung phone to date.

                  I am loving it so far! I love the size of both displays, and I really like the size of the device in general. The passport type shape is really appealing to me and its been a dream to consume content on. The device is very responsive and I havent had any kind of slowdowns at all, everything is instant and smooth. The battery life is really good too! I like the new si-c battery, it lasts ages and I havent had any issues with it at all- plus it keeps the device sleek and thin. The device itself feels very sturdy, it's well made and I have no concerns of it breaking. The hinge feels very snappy and premium and I havent had any issues with it at all.

                  Coming from the Pixel foldables, I'm enjoying the light weight, thinness and compactness of the Z Fold8. Unfortunately you do have to deal with the multiple versions of the same apps and Samsung's take on them. For example you need to use the Samsung clock app to use the sleep schedule as a condition for Routines, even if the Google clock app has the same sleep schedule. The friction between the two worlds is not the best for the end user, battling to turn off Samsung Wallet quick access gestures and settings up Google Wallet instead as another example. There's also lots of useful settings not enabled by default, and a tonne of non useful stuff which is battling for attention. The hardware however speaks for itself and it sparks genuine joy to use.

                  I am very happy with the form factor. I am coming from a Fold 6 which I found to be too narrow when folded. The added width makes it easier for me to type on the keyboard. The shorter height makes it easy to reach the top and bottom of the screen when folded. There is less wasted space when watching videos unfolded. I think my ideal phone would be this form factor with better cameras. I am noticing some third party apps not accommodating the screen resolution properly but assume things will improve over time. The battery so far seems good. It is lasting longer than my Fold 6 probably due to a combination of larger battery size and degradation in my old phone.

                  I'm 1 week into my time with the Fold8, and overall I've been very impressed with the screen, battery life and overall performance. The form factor is unique and when unfolded, the inner screen is amazing for watching content or multi-tasking. The price is still steep, the speakers are pretty mediocre, and without a case it does feel a bit fragile, but aside from these caveats: this is the first genuinely exciting foldable device I've used.

                  Straight of the box i thought what a cool phone. Easy to set up,had it next to my S24 and it picked my phone up instantly. The Display is fantastic and extremely clear. The Hinge in the fold is very strong but not to stiff and is easy to open. I have my Battery set to 80 percent but everyday use, it doesn't drop below 50 percent, which is miles better than my S24. This isn't a Flimsy phone, it's quite robust and feels very strong in your hand. Searching through apps, it's really quick and very responsive and you can have multiple pages and apps open at the same time. This is a great upgrade from my S24, glad I got one. You won't be disappointed 😉

                  After getting my wife a Fold 7, I've been totally amazed by these foldable phones. You get the best of both worlds – a regular phone on the outside and a tablet inside! When my S23 started slowing down and the battery was dying fast, I knew it was time for a Fold. I knew the Fold 8 was coming out, so I waited and watched prices for both the new one and the Fold 7. After snagging a sweet deal on the Fold 8, it was a no-brainer. This phone is everything I hoped for and more. It's super fast, holds a charge forever, and the inner display crease is barely there – you actually forget you have a tablet that folds in half! Seriously great, no regrets.

I charged it over night and by the end of the day it was 60 percent absolutely chuffed. Flawless display and responsive ,and im blown away by the simplicity of data transference. Since the first flip samsung has really progressed with the hinge movement . You cnt the see middle hinge on the display ,the protective screen use to come after a year but with last flip it did not happen .Durability has come a long away. No chipping, bending scratches. I am the biggest fan now as samsung has proven themselves in every aspect ."Always One step ahead in the Game ".

                  Having held onto my S23 Ultra for the last 3 years, I was very tempted by the Z Fold 8 Ultra! However, in the end I opted for the Z Fold 8 because the form factor felt different. I am obsessed with how good this phone is to use just with the external screen and use that easily 80% but possibly 90% of the time. The battery is currently lasting me 2 days which is outstanding for such a small form factor. The foldable screen once opened is then truly something special. The phone is brilliantly responsive between screens and feels seamless. The camera is really only average when trying to zoom, but for normal photos of subjects nearby is perfectly acceptable.

                  I've had most phone styles and recently changed from the flip7 as I got sick of having to flip it open to use it. The front screen on the fold8 is perfect for 90% of use. I do multitasking on once open and it does it perfectly with 2 apps open. Only gripe I have is on apps like instagram, it doesn't respond well with me hitting the bookmark button or other types of buttons on other apps where the function sits on the far right of the screen, I believe it's a glitch for the wider format for the front screen. I assume this can be fixed with an update 🙏 other than that - perfect device. Sturdy and feels great.

                  Where do i start? The fold 8 is the perfect little machine. Fits great in jeans pockets and the right size to do everything on the go right on the cover screen. Fold 8 open 😜 and its like a kindle size device. Super comfortable to hold, genuinely the perfect size for other tasks that require more attention. The display quality is fantastic So far. The battery life is great. I've had it 4 days now and only charged it twice. I can't comment on durabilty just yet as ive not had it long enough but It eems solid. Its a fast a very responsive little unit and feels very rugged at the hinge compared to other folds/flips i have had

                  I have had multiple foldables from Honor over the last few years and this year I traded in my Honor Magic V5 for the Z Fold 8. And I am so glad I did. The form factor is far better, it's lighter, the display is epic, the crease is nearly non-existent, the battery is superb and holding the device in the hand is great. It's easily pocketable and is very snappy to use, very responsive and so far, I cannot say enough great things about it. I had questions about the camera but for standard photography, I really can't complain. I don't use a zoom lens so I don't miss the added camera in the Fold 8 Ultra. Superb all round device!

                  The crease is alot less noticeable compared to any foldable I have held. The hinge is smooth and firm enough that you need a bit of force to open or close the phone which is good becuase you dont want a floppy phone. It feels very strong as in durable, i wouldn't personally test dropping the phone but im confident it can survive decent heights. The battery lasts me all day and charges very fast, faster than the fold 7. The inner and outer screens are both great, i primarily use the inner screen and I'm well pleased with it. The phone is very responsive when it comes to any task.

                  Really impressed with my Z Fold8. I like how compact it is when folded, but then you open it up and have a really big screen to use. It feels very premium in the hand and the build quality is excellent. It’s a great combination of a phone that’s easy to carry around but still gives you a large screen when you want it.

                  A phone that has everyone excited ...for very good reason. The form factor is incredible...it just works!! One handedness has been restored. Two hands feel brilliant. Then it opens up. Unfolded this thing haa a great balance to it...again...for something thaf opens up to +7" feels very natural. The forn factor alone makes this an amazing phone.

                  Samsung hit the sweet spot with the Z Fold 8. It’s noticeably thinner, lightweight, and incredibly fast. The outer display feels much more natural for typing, while opening the inner display gives you an incredible tablet-like experience for multitasking or watching videos. The crease is barely noticeable, the screens are super bright, and the overall build quality feels top-notch. Absolutely loving this upgrade!

                  I absolutely love the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The biggest highlight for me is the form factor — having a normal phone that can instantly unfold into a mini tablet is incredibly useful. It gives you the convenience of a phone when you’re on the go, but whenever you need more screen space for browsing, reading, videos or multitasking, you can simply open it up. The design also feels very refined. Samsung has done a great job making a foldable device feel polished and practical rather than just a cool piece of technology. It’s a genuinely great everyday device and probably my favourite Fold so far.

                  I love the new size of phone both screens are a great size and it is easy to carry around in pockets and bags. I wasn't sure I would like this phone when I pre-ordered, my doubts were gone in the first hour it is so much fun, the camera is great and using it open makes it a lot better, battery lasts a long time, I love the finger print reader is on the side and not on the screen. If you are on the fence try it, you won't regret it. The hinges are great and no visible line on the screen when open. The speed is great and it is not as fragile as you think so I think it will last before I need to upgrade.

                  The best phone format I’ve ever tried. I had the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra, but they are bulky and clumsy. The Fold8 makes life much easier: - small, thin and lightweight: it easily fits in a jeans pocket - great for watching YouTube and reading books - the hinge is less visible than on my wife’s Flip6 - the standing case is excellent for hands-free content viewing It’s not ideal, though: - the camera is visibly worse than on the S26 Ultra - some apps cut off content because of the folded display’s unusual width - it looks fragile and might be very expensive to repair after a fall

                  This phone is a revelation, perfect size for one or two hand operation. Fabulous display wider than a normal handheld which in my view gives your eyes more to see and easier to operate. Coming from a z fold 7 this phone as come on leaps and bounds, longer battery time, brilliant display and a very responsive operating system in the Android 17 with UI 9. Stunning build quality with a far better hinge. This phone is a keeper for me and I am confident it's durability will last for all of the updates. Outstanding specs, and without doubt Samsung's best phone yet. They will sell millions of these no problem.

                  I bought this a month ago and am so happy that I did. The battery life is incredible and easily gets me through a full day of heavy use. I am especially impressed by the screen's brightness, which makes it perfectly clear to read even outside under direct sunlight.The build quality feels premium, giving me complete confidence in its long-term durability. Additionally, the hinge mechanism is exceptionally smooth yet sturdy enough to hold its position perfectly. Finally, the overall responsiveness of the interface is lightning-fast with zero lag when switching between apps. Highly recommended!

                  It is a truly remarkable phone, thin and with a very useful foldable large screen. But, it is still lacking a few essential things, as it doesn't have magnetic wireless charging capability despite the fact it doesn't have a pen like the Ultra that apparently is the cause for not introducing this feature in the first place, it is not coming with a a screen protector for the external display as it used to, no ultra fast charger in the box as the old chargers are not ultra fast charging but barely 10-15 W, the battery doesn't last more than the previous models or any S models. Overall it is not worth the full price but if you can get a good discount then it is a good purchase.

Whilst the Z Fold8 doesn't have built-in magnets for magnetic charging, it is Qi2 Ready, meaning you can fully unlock magnetic charging capabilities up to 20W speeds by pairing the phone with a magnetic case. Magnetic cases are available on our website here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/aisearch/?searchvalue=z%20fold8%20magnetic%20case The Z Fold8 doesn't support the S Pen due to hardware design, which is focused on folding screen improvement, size, weight, and durability. This decision was taken after direct user feedback. However, you can still use a generic capacitive stylus on the phone.                   At first I wasn't too sure if I liked the phone, just went from a fold 5 to the fold 8. But it has been great so far, it takes a couple of days to get used to it. I use the front screen more on this version compared to my fold 5 since it has a better aspect ratio to go through insta and Facebook, but it also goes well for movies. It also has great battery life. Some things I would fix is the camera and flashlight being too low, as my fingers will block it sometimes which can be easily fixed if they went horizontal instead of vertical.

                  I had most generations of past folds , I just skipped the fold 7 and got the fold 8. So far I'm very happy with it, I thing the outside screen is more usable being wider than the candy cane style , I was never a fan of it. When you open it ilthe inner screen is very sharp and bright and the new aspect ratio is more enjoyable for most popular content I watch ( YouTube,FB,etc) also the crease is almost gone!. Battery last me all day compare to the fold 6 that I had to top up on the afternoon !. The smaller form factor I enjoy better , as it is easier to carry in the pocket, built quality seems pretty good as well , so durability must have being improved,only the time will tell. The new hardware paired with the new UI is very responsive and snappy .

                  I have been using the Z Fold 8 for a week, I have come from having the Z Foldv7 and I absolutely love the form factor, hands more manageable than the Z Fold 7. Look the cameras could be better, but it's not like I'm a professional photographer either! IP rating could be better but again I've never really exposed any of my previous founds to the elements, like sand for example. I don't think I'd ever go back to slab style phone ever again, or in particular a Z Fold 7/8 Ultra form factor!! Z Fold just fits, it's perfect!! Well done Samsung i think you finally got it right!!

                  Loving my new ZFold8 for the size and shape that fit my hands and pockets! The display screens both inside and out are both crisp and intensely colourful. The apps and browsers I use seem to just fit better with this display size. The battery despite increased usage is giving me much longer life than my previous Flip6. The camera is fabulous and the connectivity with my other devices including my car works seamlessly. I'm looking forward to making more use of the AI features on this device.

                  I am blown away by this phone so far. For years I've said the trend of huge phones that just get taller is frustrating. They're uncomfortable and impractical. This is the perfect form factor - so easy to hold, and the large folded out screen is amazing. Most importantly, it's a true joy to use folded as well because the screen is a perfect size. Feels great in the pocket too. So far the hinge has only creased a little so I just hope it's durable over time. If so, it's perfect. Not gone below 50% battery with moderate use on both screens, including games. Samsung, kudos. This is a game changer!

                  Okay so I need to talk about my Galaxy Z Fold 8, because switching over from my Pixel 7 Pro has genuinely been a lightbulb moments. I loved my Pixel 7 Pro, don't get me wrong. It took gorgeous photos with zero effort and the software just worked. But after a few years with it, everything started to feel... small. Reading client emails, editing gallery proofs on the go, even just scrolling through Instagram to check my Off Script posts, I kept wishing the screen was bigger. Turns out I just needed it to actually get bigger. The fold is the whole thing Opening this phone up into a mini tablet has completely changed how I work between shoots. I can pull up a client's proof gallery, look at two images side by side, and actually see the details instead of squinting and pinching to zoom like I did on the Pixel. Editing on the go, replying to booking enquiries with the keyboard split across both sides, it just feels like a proper little workstation in my bag. Camera I was worried I'd miss the Pixel's camera, because honestly it set a high bar for me as a photographer. But the Z Fold 8 has held its own: colours are rich, low light is solid, and being able to use the cover screen as a viewfinder for selfies with the main cameras is such a nice touch I didn't know I needed. One UI vs stock Android This was the biggest adjustment. Stock Android on the Pixel was clean and simple, no arguments there. One UI took me a minute to get used to, but now that I've got it set up the way I like, I actually prefer it. Multitasking two apps side by side, dragging a photo straight from my gallery into an email, dragging and dropping between split screens, it makes the Pixel feel a bit one-note in hindsight. Everyday stuff Battery life has genuinely surprised me, easily getting me through a full shoot day. The hinge feels solid, not flimsy like I half expected going in. And there's something satisfying about closing it shut like a little book when I'm done for the day. Durability and speed I'll admit the hinge worried me more than anything before I bought it, visions of dust getting in or it feeling wobbly after a few months. But, it snaps open and shut with confidence, the screen doesn't show any creasing that bothers me when I'm actually using it and just feels tougher in the hand than I expected from something that folds in half. Speed-wise it's noticeably snappier than the Pixel ever was, even towards the end when the Pixel started lagging on me during multitasking. Switching between apps, flicking through big photo files, having three things open at once, none of it makes the Fold break a sweat. It just keeps up. Would I go back? Honestly, no. The Pixel 7 Pro was a brilliant phone and I have zero regrets about the years I spent with it. But the Z Fold 8 feels like it was actually built for how I work: client galleries, editing, juggling ten conversations at once, not just for taking a nice photo and scrolling. It's the first phone in a long time that's changed how I actually use it, not just what it looks like doing it.

                  I have been a Samsung loyalist for over 15 years, and every year I have upgraded my phone. My favourite Samsung phone was the last Note (still have it, its iconic) but I have loved the folds since they starting coming out. Since I saw this one, I knew I had to have it. Its notsaglic in a way cos its like passport size (back to when phones fitted within the palm of your hand) but yet when you open it up takes everything to another level. The look, the design , the features and performance is all A+++++++. I do wish they would bring back the micro SD card

                  Finally, it’s the Fold where I can type comfortably with my big hands. Though I only had it for two days, it’s been very pleasant with all the improvements Samsung implemented into this little device. Battery life has improved, which is a huge plus, the hinge feels much more durable, and the brightness is noticeably better outdoors compared to the Fold 5 I was using. With the newest Snapdragon, the phone feels so much snappier and more responsive. Highly recommended if you’re undecided whether to buy one or not.

                  I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed. The bigger inner screen is great for multitasking, reading and watching videos, while the phone still feels surprisingly comfortable to use when folded. Performance is smooth, the cameras are solid, and the battery easily gets me through a normal day. It’s definitely expensive, but if you want a phone that can replace a phone and small tablet, the Fold 8 is one of the best options out there. The main downside is that it’s still a little bulky when folded.

                  I was worried to buy fold type phone because I heared its weak durability from my friends. But Samsung has developed its durability with strong hinge. Battery is similar to my s24 ultra with higher brightness screen. Touch screen responsiveness is also.good. Im satisfied to its mertitasking performance. But Samsung should adjust speaker position. And I hope bigger main and cover screen to next generation. Overall, it is recommendable.

                  I'm loving this new phone, the display is great on the front screen and really comes to life when you unfold it, the hinge/fold in the main screen is totally unnoticeable. The size of the phone i thought maybe too wide, but I was mistaken it fits great in my pockets and feels good in the hand. The battery seems great too as I've had this since Monday (now Thursday night) and have been constantly using it and setting it all up etc. I have only charged it twice. It feels very well made, responsive and only time will tell if it's durability will be enough. But so far 5 Stars from me 😍

                  I use to own a flip and loved the form, but in reality it was not usable with how skinny it was. Jump a few years later i saw that samsung was releasing a fold WIDE and wanted to try it out. I'm very impressed at how light and compact it is, without having to sacrifice any screen size. When i need to do a quick check on something i'd use the front but when i'm browsing i've got it folded out. I use the inside screen probably 80% and the front 20% - i also recall my old flip had such a visible crease but the fold 8 is not noticeable at all.

                  My first fold. Unbelievable device. New form factory takes some getting used to but now when I look at a slab phone, it feels unnatural. New silicon carbon battery is a great upgrade, with all day battery life. Displays are sharp with more than enough brightness. Feels durable in the hand but would definitely recommend a front and back case of some sort. The new hinge feels sturdy and forces itself open after a certain point. The new chip make the phone extremely responsive and handles any tasks with ease. If you're tempted, just get one, you'll only regret not getting it sooner!

Battery lasts very long too with just a little bit of tweaking. Using certain apps also allow you to customize the phone almost limitlessly. The only downside is that the device is so thin im worried i would accidentally break it.

                  The size of the fold 8 is incredible. It fits perfectly into your hand with your thumb being able to reach across the whole front screen. The display is crystal clear with a smooth slid toutch and it responds to the slightest toutch. The front screen is quick easy access to your apps. You can watch online apps on a smaller screen but if you want bigger it open and the size is perfect. The open screen is great for selfie and great for online. Opened up the chat sights n emails are great with with split screens to do more at once. I'm on the Z8 fold quite a bit of the day and haven't been able to run the battery flat yet. It is as good as my previous ultra. I am careful of the Z8 fold as I was with my ultra and have "dropped" it off the table already and no problems. This is my first fold and I'm looking for creases on the fold/hinge when closing but all I see is the picture as it was open. The hinge is smooth and closes "tightly" and doest flap open. I went back to the retailer I bought it from and said that it's the best phone ever.

                  Better hinge & the crease has gone but camera isn't that great, not better than s26 ultra. Samsung disappoint this time not worth the price value for sure

                  The Z Fold 8’s new passport shape is fantastic. The wider cover screen eliminates typos, and the 4:3 inner screen feels like a mini tablet. At ~200g, it’s remarkably light. I’m giving it 4/5 only because the keyboard covers half the short outer display and battery life remains just average.

                  The phone itself is great love being able to change screens when using it and display is very good the fold hinge is very secure and can't see a crease in the screen the battery is ok don't last as long as my flip 6 did overall the phone is very responsive and smooth to use and haven't found using my apps any different And just don't by the case cover from Samsung on brand as it only covers the back of the phone and comes with front screen protection but no cover I have already dropped it and the durability of the metal phone cover is good so Samsung if your really listening can the Samsung galaxy z fold 8 case cover come with a front cover too please for full phone protection 4 stars as phone cover is rubbish for price

                  I’ve had this phone for about two weeks now, and I’m really impressed with it. It’s perfect for my needs—the size is just right and fits comfortably in my pocket. The battery life is even better than I expected, which is a big plus. Overall, I really love this phone and I’m very happy with it!

                  Am amazed by this device it is perfect for me, as someone who had the fold a couple of years ago and loved the ideas of a folding phone, i just could not get on with the size of the device struggling to fit it into my pocket so had to move to the flip 7. The the passport size came along, yes a little larger than the flip 7, but omg the size is just perfect, the display is great and bright, battery is night and day to my old flip 7 and the hinge just feels more premium and it fis in my pocket. It's the perfect middle ground and know am going to continue to love this phone.

                  Very good job Samsung! The Fold 8 was a great change after previously having an S25 and Flip 6... the crease is next to non existent, the display CLOSED and opened is beautiful. When getting this using the trade in I didn't think too much of it and wanted to give it a shot. I don't find that the lacking telephoto does too much on a day to day usage, and the other aspects of the Snapdragon and improved battery still make it a powerhouse. This phone feels like an ultra in terms of performance and storage (minus the cams), and still holds up as a foldable. Very pleased and excited. What I didn't think, would be the enjoyment of the cover or front screen. This screen is a perfect size for typing, using apps, just about anything, even though it's significantly shorter than the S25 and S25U that I have. Usability is fantastic and we will see how the durability holds up (looking good so far, and no hinge issues like my flip had!).

                  My first foldable phone, and the battery life was one of my main concerns before receiving it. However, it has been surprisingly good and lasts just as long as a traditional flagship phone. The form factor is unique and exciting, and the larger inner display is fantastic for consuming content, especially older content in a 4:3 aspect ratio. I’m also a big reader, particularly of comic books, and honestly, the larger screen alone makes this phone worth it for me. It’s also much more stable and comfortable to use when unfolded than I expected, with the hinge making the phone feel surprisingly sturdy and durable. Overall a great phone if your looking to consume alot of media on the go without the need for multiple devices.

                  I absolutely love the new form factor! I thought it may be too wide for my hands but pleasantly surprised - it isn'! Honestly looking at it just makes me happy. I was prepared for apps to not be optimised for its form factor but I haven't had any major issues where it rendered the application useless. I'm hoping this form factor is embraced more widely and will be catered for in terms of app performance. Fingers crossed that future models get the 200mp zoom camera. I am willing to sacrifice a little weight for the camera.

                  I was skeptical to begin with as to the new shape having owned a z fold 5 for a couple of years. However the fold 8 is a fantastic addition to the line up, it fits so much more nicely into a pocket, and I don't feel I need to open it to take photos. The battery life so far is is tremendous, I get 2 days from a full charge. The display is crisp, bright, and the screen is as responsive as ever for a samsung device. All in all a great purchase. I even bought a second one for my wife, and recommended a colleague get one. Who subsequently has moving from iPhone in the process.

                  I've had my Samsung fold 8 for just over a week now, and so far, so good. I find it fits more comfortably in my hands than my previous phone ( Samsung fold 6). The front screen is so good in size that the inner screen is a luxury in comparison. The features are good and very easy to use, and it was simple to switch from the old phone to the new phone. I'm hoping the hinge and screen is more robust than the fold six, but so far, so great.

                  The smaller display of the front screen is a refreshing change in terms of how it fits in my hand when using it with one hand and the responsiveness of app continuity is great when changing between the two screens which is also helped by the snappy feel of the new hinge. I was at first cautious when using the inside larger screen due to older folding screens feeling delicate but the durability has been massively improved. The battery life of the phone is very comparable if not better than my previous phone, the iphone 16 plus which i got the larger size for the battery, so i dont have to be worried about using the new phone for productivity and media streaming all day and still have charge left until i go to sleep.
