        • How do I place an order online?

          To place an order, visit our website or download Samsung shop app and navigate to the product buy page. Click the "Buy now" button and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

        • You can buy Samsung Care+ with your new Galaxy device or within 30 days of your device activation. For more information, please refer to Samsung Care Plus

        • There are two ways where you can apply for trade-in:

          1) On the product buy page, choose trade-in "Yes, please" before proceeding to cart.

          2) Add to cart the item you wish to purchase, you can avail the trade-in option in the checkout page.

          It will both prompt a questionnaire to declare the condition of the device you want to trade-in.

        • If you have an existing Rewards points, log in using your Samsung Account and apply it on the Payment page upon checkout to save more on your order. At the same time, you can also earn Rewards points on your account upon successful delivery of your order.

        • If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it through the self-service "Cancel Order" button available in your Orders page. But if it has already reached "Awaiting dispatch" status, cancellation will no longer be possible.

          Upon cancelling your order, you relinquish the item you ordered, including all discounts, perks, and promos that have been applied to it.
