I'm extremely disappointed with Buds3 Pro. Paid for most expensive earbuds expecting the tracking and security features to work. My earbuds were stolen. SmartThings app showed the wrong location, making the tracker usless and there is no way to lock or block the earbuds. Thief can simply keep using them while I have no way to protect my own property! For a premium product, this is completely unacceptable! Wasted my money on features that dont work when they are needed! Think twice before purchasing.

Easy to connect no instructions though but once your phone finds the earbuds it's straightforward. Fits perfectly on my ears and look really elegant! Previous ones cheaper and bit bulky prone to falling out but these are perfect! Cancels out background noise too which is great.

I had a pair of these exact earbuds around 8 months ago. I gave them to my partner as unfortunately whatever I i they kept falling out of one or th other of my ears. However I have found a solution that works for me and as son as I did that I bought these again because WOW!!! these are AMAZING ... not cheap, I know, but worth EVERY PENNY (Twice. Lol). There is NITHING to not like about these buds. Crisp clear sounds with excellent bass overtones. If you love music these babies are for you. The active noise cancelling is a DREAM and allows the wearer to become completely oblivious to their surroundings ... so no driving with them in!! Lol. Highly recommended earbuds.

Very intuitive design, sleek and pair with my Samsung device effortlessly. Battery lasts a full work-day and remain comfortable throughout. The noise cancellation feature drowns out background noise when required, but this is easily turned off when you need to be aware of surroundings. The largest takeaway from these reviews is that, more so than many products, in ear headphones are so subjective. Everyone has different shaped ears and ear canals, so not every type of bud or IEM will work for everyone. I was worried after ordering these as so many seem to be unhappy with the sound. I have to say, these work better for me than the Buds Pro 2 that I've had before. With the Buds 2 Pro I was always concerned about them coming loose, even after changing and trying various tips. I've had no such issues with the Buds Pro 3. I get a good seal and a good fit. I can shake my head around and they stay put. Sound wise I find them better than the 2, but again your mileage may vary depending on your fit. Battery life is so far so good, time will tell if it remains so. I don't use them for hours on end so they meet my needs perfectly. The ANC is acceptable, it's clearly not the best out there but between that and the passive sound isolation you get from a good fit it certainly does the job. For me the sound is as good as any wireless buds I've tried in this price range. They won't replace my wired IEM's but that isn't what I bought them for. They do great when I want to get outdoors or go to the gym. I think overall they are good value if they work for you, especially with the deals currently available.

The bud do not set in the ears. Keep falling out rven if I tried them in multiple positions. The bud is not clearly souning when connecting to new samsung s25 phone. It is very strange to buy the latest and get poorer qulity than the old bud. Not recommended.

I bought it for meetings as it claims it has a good mic, but my colleague can't hear me - sound breaks, and there is a lag of a few seconds before anyone can hear you. It was fine when I bought it, but after 10 to 10th month, it got worse. Now I looked to get support here, and I see the 1 year warranty expired last month, so for me, it's a waste of money. Not going to buy Samsung buds again. I am really sad.

The overall product is ok, I've used it until it started to smell. I'm not sure what type of plastic is being used to make them but I will not put them in my ear. How to ruin such a good product by using an inferior plastic material. I thought they were the earbuds rubbers, I've changed few including buying some expensive ones until I realised is the actual material used. I have also a pair of earbuds3, I'm using those even if the sound and the ANC are inferior.

Sound quality is worse than previous models. Noise cancelling, ambient and adapt modes are unusable as there is a constant high pitched screech and tinny feel when you listen to any sort of media. Buds keep cutting out and ifnyou want to play with the equaliser to make the sound somewhat better, the sound is extremely quiet compared to the buds2. They look cool though.

Battery life is shocking. Got them for Christmas and only lasted around 3 hours on the train home on a full charge. Had UHQ on and adaptive sound for 30 plus year olds. Surely it should last longer than this? The quality is excellent but the battery life is the worst I have ever coke across

I have had the buds pro 2 and buds 3 which I found to be uncomfortable to wear. Now I have the much better for comfort buds pro 3. The sound quality is amazing, with rich bass and tone ,which i love. Connectivity to my Galaxy S24 Ultra is very easy and the controls on the stems are sensitive. I like the noise cancellation and the fact that it alerts you to sirens. The battery life is decent too. Overall very good earphones for your listening pleasure and comfort.

I bought a pair of these a year ago. I loved them. I broke them and recently replaced with these. Still happy! My fave feature especially in winter is voice control. As I can keep my gloves on. They're not very responsive to touch with gloves on. I am an outdoor worker with Reynauds phenomenon. Also I misplace them at least twice a day, but always find them. The last ones a car wheel obviously found them first, but they still worked enough for the location to help me find them and the light still flashed, although smashed to smithereens. Lol

I was using airpods pro 2 and switched to samsung phone and thought of buying buds 3 pro aswell, sound quality is good , but onhand feel of the buds when you hold it is cheap plastic build. Battery is not good as airpods pro but price is almost same. I am really dissappointed.

Honesty, worst pair of expensive headphones ive ever purchased. The right one never charges, have to physically hold it in place then carful close the case just to get it to charge. Very often go to use them & one is completely dead but the other is fully charged. Very frustrating considering the price. Also, I have had the bud2 & bud2 pros both of which fit better in my ears (bud3s fall out during exercise), noise cancellation was amazing on bud2 models, bud3 is awful, can still here all outside noise even when in full volume. Last time I buy a pair of Samsung headphones

The new earbud design does not provide a secure fit and frequently dislodges, even during periods of inactivity. While I was able to exercise with the Buds 2, this current model fails to remain in place for more than a few seconds, indicating a significant design flaw. I acknowledge that the fit may be suitable for certain ear anatomies, but for myself and several colleagues who have tested them, the same issue persists. Even with the addition of an 3rd party holder, the earbuds remain impractical for use. Consequently, I have reverted to using my previous Buds 2.

Touch based controls are not great on earbuds and having to triple tap to rewind the music is plain stupid. Having only anc on a hearthrough as default is dumb considering these are the worse earbuds at dealing with wind noise. For anyone reading this please go through the trouble of adding the option of no anc and no hearthrough. The audio quality is good, but considering the price that's something one would expect... Not as good a B&o play ex, but still good. The only actual good feature about these is the hearthrough audio quality... if no wind around.

I came from Buds Live to Buds 2 pro and I enjoyed the experiences so I had lots of expectations when procuring the buds 3 pro. Comfort: The fact that this sticks out of my ears is the first disadvantage. I liked how the buds 2 pro and live stay in the ear lobe. This buds 3 reminded me of why I disliked ipods. Also, because of the sticking out, it gets in the way of wearing and removing clothes or doing exercises that require your arms raised above but close to your head. Also, once you sqeat, be rest assured that this earpiece would slip right out. It's not designed for athletes. Noise Cancellation: The main thing i enjoyed about the buds 2 pro was the absolute noise Cancellation I experienced. With this buds 3, I could still hear surrounding sounds clearly albeit not as loud however, I often have to check if I am actually in active noise Cancellation mode or not. It's suboptimal in this sense. Connectivity: when I used my buds 2 pro, I could connect to more than 1 device at a time and it gives me the opportunity to switch to another device without the first device interfering when there's sound from it. On this buds 3 pro, there's always that interference that I had to totally unfair one device if I want to use the buds on another. Ease of Use: Because of my experience moving from buds live to buds 2, I sorta expected a much more improved version but boy was i disappointed! The fact that I had to actually press a button instead of just tap the buds felt like I was sent back to 15 years back when tech was starting out. It was so easy to tap on the buds 2 pro than looking for a button to press on the buds 3. Battery: I can never get over my buds 2 pro because the case could charge my buds over and over again before running out. This buds 3 pro case is like just a case only, the battery runs out before you know it and I'm having to charge it like my life depends on it. Also, I did not find any additional parties in my box even though the leaflet said thats what is in the package. Well played Samsung. Sound: the only reason I am giving 1 star is because the sound is good but comparable to when I newly purchased my buds 2 pro so nothing special here.

Brought these when my raycons decided to stop working. I've never spent over 40 pounds on headphones but I took the plunge and so glad I did. They are perfect. And a good feature of reading messages when out and about. I would recommend these to anyone. One gripe is you can't turn them off but nothing bad to say for anything else.

Don't forget to claim your cash back. I had to buy some ear clips. As they can easily fall out of my ears. AT WORK. BUT GOOD SOUND. A little basa heavy.

I love the device with it sound quality and noise cancellation but the problem is have with it is that my ears are small and it doesn't fit in properly and often falls off and it is impossible to change the rubber for a smaller one
