Absolutely Terrible Warranty and Customer Service. Washing Machine had a fault within a year of purchase. Initial correspondence appeared promising. Engineer booked quickly to come and review and attempt repair. First repair failed and engineer needed to order more parts and come back a week later. This cycle repeated. 6-7 weeks later. 7 Engineer visits requiring time off work to supervise.Still no functional washing machine. Samsung wouldn't entertain intervening until engineer declared it was irreparable. Engineer wasn't allowed to do this until every part of the washing machine was replaced. Samsung customer support unwilling to speed anything up. No reimbursement or acknowledgement of cost of washing clothes externally. Finally got to point where engineer agreed device needs to be replaced. Samsung agreed to arrange replacement (apparently as highest level of urgency). Stayed home on proposed date of replacement. No show. No message. No contact. Checked tracking link to find that it had been cancelled. 8 weeks on - still no functional washing machine. Definitely not what I expected when i bought an expensive washing machine from a big brand. Clear that there is absolutely no urgency from the Samsung side - they dont care about the individual customer. Having previously bought their TVs, phones, appliances - this will be the last Samsung product i ever buy....

I am so happy with my washing machine. I was able to wash my clothes also put bedding and also I use the apps if I am not at home to put the machine on my way back to home. Also not too loud and I am very happy with this machine.

Do not buy a Samsung washing machine! Engineers keep coming saying that it has no fault yet we’ve not put any detergent in for 3 weeks and done nearly 40 washes! Customer support is from the Philippines and they don’t understand or speak proper English Spent more than 2 hours on the phone whilst they had me doing silly things to the machine like trying to pour water down a hole in the drawer Autodose is a joke

Really poor as the door seal broke within fourth month of normal usage and Samsung will not over under warranty blaming customer. This is a known fault which Samsung will not accept or deal with. Please do not buy.

It is a massive drum whilst still looking like a normal size washing machine. It is silent whilst spinning, sings away to you when it's finished,like it's really pleased with itself. I'm really happy with it, my clothes smell delicious and AI works out exactly how much fabric conditioner and liquid soap it needs. All clothes coming out spotless.

So looks wonderful in my kitchen, for the capacity of the drum11kg it’s no bigger than my old machine that was only 9 kg, I have noticed that my clothes seem cleaner than before and softer, I like that I can fill with detergent and leave it for the week, I can fill it and go to work and put the washing on while I’m out at night, great WiFi connectivity, price wise about the same as others of this quality on the market,it dose run on less energy I’ve not noticed yet only had the machine 2 weeks, but so far love it , I did lots of research as it’s a big spend but worth it,

We’ve been using this washing machine for just over a week, and so far we are very happy with it. The machine looks modern and feels very solid and well built. The app control (SmartThings) is really convenient – you can see the remaining time, get notifications when the wash is finished, and even start or adjust programs from the phone. Setup was easy and straightforward. The EcoBubble / AI wash works great – clothes come out clean even on lower temperatures, and the machine automatically adjusts the cycle depending on the load. It’s also very quiet, much quieter than our old washer. The drum is spacious, washing programs are easy to select, and the auto-dose detergent feature is very handy. Of course, this is only first week of use, so long-term reliability remains to be seen, but first impressions are excellent and we’re very satisfied so far.

after less than 6 months of use and following all manufacturers instructions on drum cleans etc we hav assiv amouts of mould build up. Chatting to Support - "Mould in the drawer of a Samsung washing machine is a COMMON PROBLEM caused by the use of liquids." Umm not sure if they realise the machine ONLY allows liquid in the draw dispenser.. Avoid this machine.

Samsung - What a load of rubbish - Never purchase anything from them again. I brought their most expensive washing machine thinking it would be well built and last for a long time. Under 6 months and its broken, they will not replace it and the repair engineers keep on replacing the same parts which do not fix the issue at all. They Sales support people are EXTREMELY rude and you can hear from their voices that they dont care from as soon as they answer the call. I will never touch Samsung again !!!!!

Love nearly everything about it. The fact that it can assess the your wash and change the treatment accordingly is just mind blowing. The only thing I don't like is the scheduled wash function only allows you to set an end time and doesn't allow for accurate time setting either. However that is one annoyance amongst 20 good things and the AI wash option gives confidence to the non washing machine users (my wife is happy I can finally take my turn these days).

This is my first samsung washing machine & I'm very pleased with it so far. I love the AI washing liquid dispenser and how the machine analyses my dirty load to adjust the water/soap amount. The clothes come out nearly dry after a wash, so there is less need for tumble drying. The machine is very quiet - this did take a bit of time to adjust the feet, but well worth it. I got a really good blue light discount, so the value was excellent.

Shortly after purchase, this washing machine started leaking, damaging both clothing and flooring. The auto dispenser wastes fabric softener, and the enamel on the front panel is chipping. It's also shredding the rubber door seal. This week, I’ve spent over 5 hours on the phone and countless emails trying to resolve this under warranty, with little help from Samsung. Their customer service is terrible and lacks accountability. Frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the product's performance and Samsung’s unhelpful support, I cannot recommend this washing machine or the brand.

Large capacity, cleans clothes well, sleek, useful automatic (AI) setting with auto-dosing makes things simple, very useful child lock setting to prevent my 1yo pressing buttons, although this could be easier to apply to prevent going through a menu each wash. Being able to assign a setting of your choice to a quick access button would be a nice feature on future machines. Regardless, this is a significant upgrade from my old 5.5kg machine that I had to retire. Great value on student store.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. The large 11kg drum is fantastic for a large family of 6 and the technology and range of programs that don’t take hours to wash is amazing. The clothing comes out clean and smelling amazing. The auto dose function is so cleaver and you can pick how much softener you want the machine to add to your washThis machine is a little more expensive than some but it’s well worth spending that little bit more. I have had many machines over the years and I’ve tried most makes but this is the best one I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend it :)

Not quite happy with it. It seems good when you read about it, however, if you have things to do like taking laundry from the dryer while the washing machine is running if you touch the turn off button the washing machine will turn off. When you turn it back on even though you say you want to continue the program in fact it goes to the Auto Eco program that is over 2 hours and not to the program that you were using. I have tried to select the program that I was on but guess what it starts from the beginning. But now when is weighting the laundry because it is wet now it has 10KG and the program shows 5 hours. I think this can be easily f8xed busy samsung eith a firmware update asking for fonfirmation if touch want to switch the machine off. Eco Bubbles sounds great but unfortunately is not available for the most used programs like Auto Eco or the AI one. If you have heavy soiled laundry (kids) and you select cotton program with intensive wash that will be 5 hours. Who is going to do anything like that? If you select the general cotton it will be too short a bit over 1 Hour and it will not be enough to get the laundry clean. I hope Samsung can address these issues, otherwise my next one will not be a Samsung unfortunately Paid 1300 for this, i think there are better options for this money

Display panel very flat, would be nice to have a slight tilt so you don’t have to bend down to see functions. We brought a big drum so we can do less washing by having a bigger load, but with AI feature a bigger load means hours of wash time, but I do love the fact i can track my washing machine progress and monitor it through the app

I got this washing machine to help my visually impaired mother do the laundry, the large display helps to see the program that is being selected and the auto dispenser for the detergent and softener means that she doesn't need to worry about adding it herself. The smart things app is a great help as well as it makes it super easy to select the cycle that is wanted and also let's you know how long is left on the cycle

We recently replaced our old machine (which had loyally served us for 15 years, well before kids) with this Samsung, and after a lot of research, I’m really happy with the choice. I went deep—reading online manuals, filling in comparison templates, memorising model numbers… the lot. Our budget was up to £1000 if the machine had everything we needed, but we paid about 60% of that including delivery, installation, and recycling. Prices seemed to bounce up and down by £300 at any given time, so it’s worth watching it for a deal. What Was Important to Us We’re a family of four now, so a big drum was top of the list—10kg+ was essential. I also really wanted a quick wash that’s actually quick (you’d be surprised how many machines don’t have one), and Auto Dose to stop the drama of measuring detergent. Nice-to-haves included quiet operation, steam cleaning, anti-crease features, and an app so I could control it from my phone (we already use Samsung SmartThings for the TV and CCTV). Why We Chose This One 15-minute quick wash (not full load, but perfect for lightly worn bits) QuickDrive, which shortens regular cycles (really helpful) Auto Dose – you fill up the drawer with liquid detergent and it works out the right amount. It also stops the issue of pods not dissolving properly on short washes. SmartThings app integration – already had an account so it was easy to get started. Now That We’ve Been Using It Honestly, it's been brilliant so far. A few standout things: Auto Dose is great – you just top it up and forget about it. It senses the weight and dirt level of the load, and even messages you via the app if it needs to add an extra rinse. We don’t use fabric softener, so I’ve set both drawers to hold detergent. Would love a future update to let one drawer be for whites and one for colours, but you can manually switch which one’s active. Quick wash really is quick. First wash I used a pod and had some residue, but with liquid detergent it’s fine now. There's also a Rapid wash that’s around 35–40 mins for bigger loads. The AI Wash feature is smart – it figures out how dirty the clothes are and adjusts everything accordingly. It's the setting we use most days now. The app works way better than I expected. No crashes, easy to connect to Wi-Fi, and it’s more user-friendly than using the dial on the machine. You can tweak cycles, change spin speed, rinse count, enable Bubble Soak, set a delayed end, and more. It even pings you when the wash is done or if it's going to take longer. The "time to end" is actually accurate (our old one was always lying). Also, it’ll remind you if you forget to open the door, and can do extra spins to keep things fresh. It’s really quiet, especially compared to our old machine that sounded like a jet taking off by the end. And yes, it looks nice too, which wasn’t a must-have but it’s a bonus. A Few Watchouts The screen can be a bit hard to read in direct sunlight (ours is next to a south-facing window), but the app is a good workaround. The door doesn’t open immediately after a cycle ends—you might need to wait a bit or turn the machine off. You can probably hack it to use two detergent types (colours in drawer 1, whites in 2), but you’d need to manually turn off the drawer you don’t want to use in the app each time.

Terrible. Socks continually get stuck and trapped in the door seal. Samsung support suggested putting every sock and small item in a laundry bag. Not sure how many other parents have 2 kids and find that impractical. Don’t buy this design

So we’ve had this machine for 2 weeks now. And wow! It’s really quiet and loads of room to get everything in. Clothes come out lovely and clean and smells great. The only issue we had is that you can only set the water hardness if you are using the liquid detergent dispenser otherwise it will default to soft.

I read a lot of reviews about how "good" this machine is. It came in a plastic bag. I got the feeling somebody returned the machine, especially after I tried to register the product and the message was that it was already registered. For such a pricey machine, it washes very badly. You will need a very good iron because all the clothes are getting out of creased. It takes a lot of time to wash, which is not convenient. It lacks options that I would like to add to the washing cycles, like sanitise, steam, and easy ironing. The hygiene cycle is just not good enough and it takes ages. Overall, a huge disappointment, avoid at all costs. And you need to pay £50 if you want to return this terrible product.

This machine has a huge 11kg capacity however has kept the compact size of the average machine, which is amazing considering it had to fit into a space previously occupied by an integrated machine. The design is so sleek, I am more than happy to have it on display and not behind a cupboard door! The larger capacity fits so much laundry in it that two previous washes can now be completed in one cycle. Some of the programmes are long, however, with the added delay feature, I simply set everything up the night before and the cycle has finished for the time I requested. It is so quiet!! I've actually had to go round and stand next to the machine to check that it is still moving, as I couldn't hear it at all. As for the features on the app I am blown away by the choices of programmes and the ease of setting everything from the comfort of my chair. The information regarding energy saving and water consumption is superb. The energy efficiency has meant I am saving on electricity costs. The automatic dispenser has eliminated the arduous chore of filling the drawer etc which is brilliant. So far I am more than happy with my Samsung washing machine.

I have used my new machine on various spin cycles but everything comes out badly creased, more than any other machine I've had in the past. I'm very disappointed in this, even clothes that need no ironing now need ironing. Any suggestions please.

Looks great, high capacity (up to 11kg depending on which wash cycle you choose) and clothes come out clean. Negatives are that it's really noisy during its spin cycle, I don't like the auto-dose detergent as it seems to use loads, and on the AI wash it always tells me it needs to add an extra wash and rinse, meaning it takes a lot longer than it initially says it will. Maybe a case of more bells and whistles than you need; next time I would probably go for a cheaper model. The tune it plays at the end though is hilarious.

A fantastic washer/dryer and well worth the price. Energy efficient and stylistic, I removed an already existing washing machine, nothing wrong but didn't have a drying cycle. Sold ot and bought this. Never regretted the price, after 6 months use its great.

What can I say? It’s quiet, it’s smooth running, it’s easy to load up and adjusts dosing to weight and clothing types and it does a brilliant job of cleaning my clothes and looking after them. My 1 year olds clothes are coming out stain free too using the foam soak feature. Oh and it looks awesome too ! 5 stars

This model looks great and works very well. The connectivity features are really useful including the use of a mobile app and the ability to connect to my Samsung TV. Where it really matters, the quality of the washes is impressive and it is near silent in use except for the rinse cycle which you can hear but nowhere near as loud as previous washing machine. Overall this was an expensive purchase but for a large family like ours it makes sense and it also comes 5 years warranty.

First impression was intimidation at cycle options. Quickly resolved to use AI cycle and rely on machine to auto dispense cleaning liquid and conditioner. The laundry door gives impression of being over engineered and solid which engenders super confidence in the build quality. The large drum is fab and very easily accessible for loading and unloading. The clothes come out clean and smelling great with bonus of using much less cleaning products than I would manually dispense. Recommend it!

This washing machine is great. Standard size with bigger drum capacity . I have 6 people in the house hold and this technology really helps. The other 11 kg size is bigger than the space available to fit in the washing machine. The AI technology also with automatic dosing really helps too - my 6 years old operate the washing machine herself and now really eager to helps with laundry

The 11kg washing machine with the smart features and the minimal use of detergent is such a ridiculously good washing machine. Having these additional features (which I never knew I needed) are an absolute god send in a busy professional household. Timing washes is crucial and allows us to do the washing simultaneously at times when energy costs are low etx. Also the design is lovely and sleek and the jingle the machine plays is also a joy.

Our last washer from Samsung was brilliant but only lasted 6 years until it's time to visit the scrapyard came. We were apprehensive about where to buy our next one but for the most part had been pleased with the performance of our last Samsung one. Pleased to say this next gen model lived up to the Samsung name in both performance and build quality. It looks delightful, and the 11kg drum is incredibly useful (compared to our previous 9kg drum). Our only gripe is the limited options in altering the preset wash modes, specifically the restrictions of temperature and spin speed for washes such as bedding, 40° and 800rpm felt low to me but the end result speaks volumes. The bedding has been fresh and cleaned throughly (perhaps a little wetter with the reduced spin speed) which goes to show that you can wash it at a lower energy level and still receive great results. We would highly reccomend this model to our friends and family, and have done so already with the neighbours.

Really good washing results. Big door makes loading easy. Very simple controls so easy to pick the right cycle to use. The only downside is items come out rather wrinkled when using 1400 spin speed

Bought to replace a Samsung washer that was still under warranty but couldn’t wait nearly 2 weeks for repair, no as good as old model, socks always get stuck in door rubber, quick wash program takes 39 mins, clothes come out clean which is really good

We got this to replace our trusty 8 year old 9Kg Addwash machine as with 3 growing kids, we were having to do multiple loads. Getting an 11kg machine meant we would lose Addwash but we figured that would be balanced out by the convenience of quick drive and ai wash. Pros: Very quiet comparatively Washes are done faster than the old machine and no issues with reduction in cleaning quality Auto dose for detergent and fabric softener is great Cons: There's no way to change the temperature on ai wash which defaults to 40 degrees and most of our clothes require 30 not to mention the energy saving benefits. This means one of the main features of this machine is almost useless to us which is frustrating seeing as it would be a simple software change to fix it. The quick drive function can't be used with the ai wash mode There are only 3 modes which can be used with the 11kg max load (ai wash, 40 to 60 eco and cotton). Of those, only the cotton mode has a selectable temperature so we end up using that for pretty much everything defeating the point of all the smart modes. Quick drive has to be manually selected for each wash. If it's a such a good feature, why isn't it on by default for all the modes? In summary, like many Samsung products, there are some great features here but they're poorly implemented making them almost useless. It could all be fixed with some software tweaks but I doubt that will ever come.
