I have s25 fe. Then, I bought buds 4 pro and surprisingly found out that this model doesn't support uhq. Which is strange. Because this is can manage that easily. Honestly I'm disappointed.

I am a fan of Samsung kit generally, and have a lot of it. But no one should buy Galaxy Buds in my opinion after I found out that Samsung do not support replacement ear tips as a spare part. Everyone will eventually need new tips as they perish or rip over time. I spent ages on a support call only to be told to try EE (really Samsung?) or go to the Samsung Experience store in london. This is a 70 mile train journey from me, and the agent still wasn't sure if they would have them. Why cant you just provide them as an accessory you can order on your website? This is the last time I purchase Samsung buds if Samsung neglect to support spare parts.

I bought these as a replacement for the bose earbuds. The sound quality is excellent and they work seamlessly with my phone. Good base and noise cancelling too. Comfortable to wear and stay in place. Very simple to setup. Battery life isn't as good as sone but still not bad

Absolutely fantastic
Purchased these as a replacement for the Buds3 Pro. These fit and sound a lot better. Really easy to setup, took a few minutes to update when first Purchased. All the functions in terms of volume and media control is the same as the Buds3. Battery indication on my phone screen when I first connect them. Comes with a nice case to keep them in. Noise cancellation works well, this can be adjusted from the settings on your phone.

Very clear sound, but overall these earbuds are very poor. The battery life is good, and the sound clarity is excellent. However, when nothing is playing, there is a constant faint buzzing/hissing noise. It is quiet, but extremely annoying because you never get complete silence. The bass is weak and uninspiring. These earbuds focus so much on tiny details that listening to music becomes less enjoyable. Instead of feeling immersed in the music, you end up noticing every little sound, which takes away from the experience. The most annoying issue is the constant faint noise when no audio is playing. It may be subtle, but once you notice it, it becomes impossible to ignore. I do not recommend these earbuds at all. They are the worst earbuds I have owned. I used Galaxy Buds+ (2020 model) for six years, and they were far better than these in almost every way. I regret buying them.

The constant sound can be because of microphone feedback loops, and a poor fit will let the low frequencies of the bass escape. So first and foremost, we recommend ensuring you have a good seal. You can try out the different tip sizes, and you'll need to ensure the blade is pointed toward your mouth for the best seal. You can find a fit test within your Galaxy Wearable app at Earbuds settings > Earbud fit test > Put both earbuds in your ears, and then tap Start. You can also remove the silicone ear tips and use a dry, soft brush or a clean microfiber cloth to gently sweep the mesh microphone grills and the tips themselves. I upgraded from Buds Pro 3 to these! I didn't think you could get better than those, I was super impressed with them. Oh my days- the Buds Pro 4 are a ginormous leap forward! I can clearly hear each instrument over all genres of music, the bass is absolutely phenomenal! They feel nice in your ears, fit beautifully and feel premium. Samsung have yet again smashed it! Can't wait for the Showcase Event so I can get the next Fold.

So far very happy with most things, especially the sound customisation to suit my tastse and hearing (partially deaf). However, there is no discernible difference whether the noise-cancelling is on or off. I have tried everything suggested online and assume that it's due to the silicone tips, the largest of which is too small to form a seal. I've ordered some Azla tips and hope that they will help.

Early days but very impressed. Samsung headphones definitely need a Samsung phone for the best sound quality. My S25 Edge sounds wonderful with these headphones. They also look better than the Buds3 and the ear fit seems improved as well

Fantastic ear buds. I wear them daily. They connected straight away to my new Samsung mobile and it's great to have 3 sizes of tips, as I need the smallest size. The battery is lasting very well and the noise cancelling features are also good. My music choices range from "classical" (symphonies, concerts and the odd opera) to rock (Queen, Rolling Stones and similar) to folksy music and these provide wonderful listening to all genres. They replaced the Buds 3 pro which were excellent, but these have a slight edge making the music "tighter". Battery life is good so far (haven't used enough to give feedback on. Very comfortable in the ear. I'm using them with an S25 Ultra so they enhance the Samsung experience.

The product is inferior to almost all the earbuds that I've used including last ear earbuds which they weren't great either. Trying to return the item I was told this. "If the product has been used, has any apps installed, has undergone any system updates, or has been connected to any services, a deduction of 20% of the original value will be applied. If the product does not meet these criteria, the deduction will not apply." So pairing them to a phone and applying any official samsung software updates will qualify your product to 20% deduction. The return costs £5.99 to be paid by me. This was in their terms and conditions...somewhere. No return button anymore on the order webpage. You must contact customer service and they will tell you the story. If I'll ever get one of their product I'll just get it from a third party seller. They know how to deal with basic issues like this. Don't bother of replying to this message to contact customer service. They will not do absolutely anything.

Bought these a few weeks ago, sound quality is spot on, but the main thing is the Noise Cancellation for me helps me alot with my adhd and find them easy to operate.
Sounds good. Touch controls not good or intuitive. Battery life shorter than expected even without enhanced fidelity active. Unable to connect to two devices unless they are BOTH Samsung. So headset for work laptop and Samsung phone is a no. A pretty major flaw. It's not something it couldn't do. A large turnoff of the Samsung ecosystem when basic (non Samsung) earbuds can do this. Ear tips are really awful to replace. Do the fit test first as you can expect to damage at least one swapping to a different size.

I previously tried the Buds 2/Pro and 3/Pro and always felt something was missing and not quite right with them and instead happily kept using my Buds Pro (1st gen)... Until I purchased the Buds 4 Pro and oh boy, what a major improvement over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen... The design is sleek and discreet whilst also being very comfortable. I had no issues going for walks or running with them and found them to be pretty solid stuck in my ears. The sound quality is phenomenal at this price point the ANC and other features are pretty good too! Battery life was good although I wish I got a few more hours out of them before needing to charge them. Overall, a great and worthwhile upgrade no matter what previous generation of Buds you are using. This product is great value considering other market leaders and I would highly recommend!

tres bon son, rien à dire sur la qualité mais Samsung devrait commencer à penser à vendre avec ses buds un moyen de ne pas constamment les perdre car ils ne tiennent pas bien dans les oreilles. Un fil intégré les reliant permettrait de ne pas bidouiller avec les solutions de fortune.

La qualité audio améliorée et les fonctionnalités comme l'Adaptive ANC et le son ambiant font vraiment la différence. Profite bien des réglages personnalisés avec le Custom EQ pour adapter l'expérience à tes préférences. Ces écouteurs sont idéaux pour écouter ta musique préférée ou passer des appels clairs, même dans des environnements bruyants. Amuse-toi bien avec tes nouveaux Buds ! 🎶

J'aime, mais malheureusement les écouteurs sortent facilement de mon oreille. Le boîtier me semble en plastique et les écouteurs de la génération d'avant me semblaient de meilleure qualité.

Malheureusement tout comme tous mes écouteurs que j'ai testé ceux ci ne derogent pas ils sortent de mon oreille un peu a la fois malgre l embout plus petit. Sinon je dois demander des renseignements complementaires car les fonctions par la tige ne fonctionne pas.

Am cumpărat produsul la lansarea lui, după 4 luni pot spune că sunt extrem de mulțumită. Sunt foarte confortabile, iar funcția ANC este ceea ce m-a atras cel mai mult. Le folosesc cu un telefon Apple, calitatea apelurilor este bună, bateria durează chiar și până la o săptămână cu utilizare de două ori pe zi, iar muzica se aude exact cum îmi doresc. Ce apreciez cel mai mult este suportul cu Dolby Atmos, sunetul spațial este minunat. Cu siguranță le voi recomanda!

Écouteurs avec une très bonne qualité audio et un bon maintien dans les oreilles. En comparaison au galaxy buds pro 2 l'autonomie est meilleure ainsi que la réduction de bruit active, en revanche le point négatif c'est au niveau du tactile que je trouve capricieux notamment pour arrêter la musique et changer le morceau
