Whilst we're pleased that you're enjoying the excellent audio clarity and long lasting battery life of your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, we're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with sound when nothing is playing, along with a lack of bass. This isn't what we'd expect, Azy, and we'd love to help. Both of the issues you describe can be caused by a poor fit. The constant sound can be because of microphone feedback loops, and a poor fit will let the low frequencies of the bass escape. So first and foremost, we recommend ensuring you have a good seal. You can try out the different tip sizes, and you'll need to ensure the blade is pointed toward your mouth for the best seal. Si vous n’entendez pas un son vous informant que les mini-oreillettes sont détectées, retirez-les de vos oreilles, puis remettez-les ou passez à des embouts ajustés à vos oreilles. • En raison de la nature des mini-oreillettes, elles peuvent se détacher ou tomber de vos oreilles lorsqu’elles sont portées (Galaxy Buds4 Pro). • Si les mini-oreillettes ne sont pas positionnées correctement dans vos oreilles, certaines fonctions, comme les appels téléphoniques, risquent de ne pas fonctionner.
