While the device is a superbly designed and efficient tool, I am extremely disappoint3d to find that my Book5 360 has been rendered completely useless by an OTA update that has completely killed the laptop. Over two weeks later and I still do not have a working laptop. It is under warranty and less than 6 months old. Shockingly bad service from Samsung who know this is a widespread fault on this model but are continuing to sell this laptop to unsuspecting customers and provarocating on supplying a replacement. I have many devices in the Galaxy ecosystem, but this is a very poor situation for Samsung to be failing their customers so badly.

The laptop it's self is great and can not fault it. But it developed a very thin red and green line on the screen, so I contacted Samsung and they arranged collection to their 3rd party repair centre again great service, then I get a report notice saying the screen was cracked and to repair will be £311.00. The laptop sits on my desk all day and at night the lid is closed that's it so how can the screen get damaged by closing the lid without force or malice.

Warning - bought to use lightroom and is not up to the job. Every time I apply denoise the machine has an meltdown and crashes. A £1500 laptop in 2025 should be able to do basic image editing. Machine looks great but is almost useless to me if I can't use some basic functions in lightroom

Laptop is 5 months old and the Display has cracked. I see there are others in the same situation wish i had seen this before purchasing. Samsung will not repair under warranty as any cracks are treated as damage, its only had normal daily use, been very well cared for and certainly never been dropped or damaged in any way you can hear the screen creaking as you open and close the lid so i would question its durability. Really disappointed as i thought i purchased a premium product as all the other Samsung products i have are excellent. I have " reached out" to customer support and the above review is due to their response.

Its a great device, only issues are with some of the samsung apps struggle to open, like multicontrol. Enjoying the feature of being able to use a pen, very useful for note taking in lectures

Dumb how the speaker is at the bottom basically no sound at all comes out and also this just gets scratched really easily as when you put it down as the tablet side the top will get scratched no matter where you put it. Should of put a small rubber bit at the top

It converts from laptop to tablet with easy (my Tab s10 ultra struggles with this }. The display is nice. not as heavy as my old laptop was and definitely a lot thinner and therefore feels more portable! I'm still looking into have all 4 of my Samsung devices connected to my laptop :}

I purchased the Galaxy Book5 360 in mid-June 2025, intending to use it for university. It’s never left my desk, never been dropped, and has been handled with care. A few days ago, I noticed what looked like a speck of dust on the screen. When I gently tried to brush it away, hairline fractures appeared—it turns out the “dust” was actually a minute crack. The device is less than 3 months old, and the screen cracked under light pressure during normal use. Samsung Support declined warranty coverage, calling it accidental damage. I respectfully disagree. This feels more like a manufacturing flaw than misuse. I’ve requested a reassessment and hope Samsung will reconsider. For a premium device, I expected better durability and support. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, I’d appreciate hearing your story.

I bought 2 off 360 Pro, version 2. One of them had 2 occurrences of unexplained screen cracks that samsung did not take any accountability for and required me to fund repair. The two instances were totally unexplained, possibly only caused by opening or closing. I do not trust this product or samasung customer services.

The Samsung Book 5 360 is advertised as a "Copilot PC," but that label is more misleading than helpful. While the device itself is a decent laptop in terms of hardware and design, the Copilot branding suggests AI integration that simply isn't delivered out of the box. Samsung doesn’t provide any real AI features exclusive to this device. The "Copilot" feature refers to Microsoft’s AI assistant, which is available on many Windows laptops anyway. Worse, when you try to use the more powerful Copilot features, the system prompts you to pay for a Microsoft 365 premium subscription. Samsung doesn’t include this in the purchase—meaning the AI tools are mostly locked behind a paywall. If you're buying this laptop expecting enhanced AI integration or a unique Copilot experience, you're likely to be disappointed. You're essentially getting a regular Windows laptop with typical specs and some light marketing spin. There’s no added value in the "Copilot PC" branding unless you’re willing to pay extra for Microsoft’s services yourself. The spec and performance is irrelevant if the screen spontaneously cracks after 10 days of very careful use. Made much worse by Samsung refusing to replace or repair it because they insist that it doesn't happen, despite the huge number of people reporting that their screens have also cracked by themselves.

Perfect laptop for a computer science student. Performance amazing, runs like clockwork. Intel AI processor means you get Copiolt+ PC benefits, which are cool. Display is bright and vibrant, and it's great how it can be converted into tent/tablet mode, makes note taking really easy! 16GB RAM is fine for my workload. Laptop arrived very fast, and trade in process easy. Will certainly buy from Samsung again. Also great that an S-pen is included. Laptop perfect if you're already embedded into the Samsung ecosystem.

Fast start up, great performance, and touch screen works very well with hand or pen. Very easy to carry due to weight and slimness. Handles Photoshop and Lightroom with ease, even the processor-heavy enhancement in PS. The obny slight niggle is that it would be great to have somewhere on the laptop itself to store the pen.

je possède cet ordinateur depuis quelques moi, il répond a mes besoin pour la majorité de ses fonctions. mais il y a des problèmes avec le capteur biométrique. il fonctionne vraiment très mal ou fonctionne par intermittence. je trouve cela très décevante pour ce type d'ordinateur. En revanche avec mon téléphone fold6 et le pc c'est vraiment bien pour les différente connexion entre les appareils.

J’ai acheté ce produit pour mes études et j’en suis ravie ! Très pratique pour taper comme un ordinateur mais également pour écrire ou dessiner avec le stylet, étant en études de sciences cette fonctionnalité était essentielle pour moi. Il rentre bien dans le sac de cours et n’est pas trop lourd.

Étant en étudiant en droit de droit de première année, j’ai fait le choix de prendre ce magnifique PC, pour pouvoir réaliser de nombreuses tâches polyvalentes et réaliser de nombreuses missions avec mon travail personnel. La prise en main a été rapide puisque que le PC m’a été recommandé par un membre de ma famille. La fluidité de l’écran rend le travail plus facile, le traitement de texte est super, et les nouvelles fonctionnalités d’IA ou encore de « prévisions » ont été très utiles pour le travail. Le fait que le PC soit en 360, donne aussi un grand avantage pour le travail, et même pour regarder un film, ce PC sera parfait ! Le stylet ou encore les écouteurs Samsung sont une valeur sûre ! Mais attention à une chose, il faut régulièrement nettoyer ce PC si vous en avez un usage quotidien, ce qui est indispensable évidemment, mais assez pénible tout de même.

Pour l’instant, l’ordinateur est toujours en vie. Il n’est pas abîmé et le design est correct. Juste, quand je l’utilise comme une tablette géante (en gros seulement l’écran), il peut arriver que l’ordinateur sélectionne un élément alors que je n’ai pas touché l’écran. Par exemple, sur Edge, je voyais la croix en haut à droite s’allumer en rouge sans raison et même fermer la page carrément. Dans l’ensemble, ça va puisque ce bug se produit seulement sur Edge.

J'ai ce pc depuis un peu moins de 6 mois maintenant, et y'a des choses à dire. 1er point: le pc est TRÈS léger et fin, c'est élégant, et malgré le pc fin, il me semble assez résistant. 2eme point: en tant que possesseur d'un GROS PC fixe, le 5 pro 360 semble un peu lent, même si ça reste correct 3eme point: l'écran est superbe ça j'ai rien à redire du tout, par contre l'utilisation du S-Pen fourni avec est très désagréable pour faire du travail de précision en art, car l'écran glisse beaucoup trop 4eme point la batterie: je fais des demies journées en utilisant Blender, et une journée complète sur des tâches moins gourmandes, par contre attention le pc peut chauffer très fort par moment 5eme point (le plus négatif selon moi): je n'aime pas vraiment la disposition du clavier, et le touchpad, quel cauchemar nom de dieu, on dirait qu'il est a moitiée enfoncée dans la partie du bas du clavier, ce qui rend les clics quasiment pas détectables. Il semble aussi qu'il y ai un problème lorsqu'on utilise le clavier et le trackpad en même temps, c'est soit l'un soit l'autre. En bref pour la bureautique, la vidéo etc, je recommande, par contre pour tout ce qui touche a des tâches style gaming 3d, c'est bof, même si correct

La légèreté et la compacité de l'écran. (peut être un peu trop brillant peut être en éclairage artificiel de mon bureau ) rapidité et très bonne réactivité sont appréciées. La facilité de prise en main ( en attente d'avoir pu tout tester , tactile , présentation... ) Pour l'instant 100 % agréable

Un peu dur de repasser après un mac mais il fait le job Petit bémol les enceintes ne sont pas assez puissantes et le pad est pas top L écran est au top ordi réactif est puissant
