Phone didnt work. Kept losing mobile network connection. Not a network issue either. After doing some research on the samsung forums it seems like a common antenna problem. Phone returned.

Great camera for taking photos and videos, even the stars however when transferring from phone to laptop I find it frustrating as the images are at 90 degrees and always need turning, and the videos the same but you cannot turn them. Also even though you transcode exported videos some only copy the sound and I've lost many videos because of this trying to free up space on my phone. In fact it's so annoying some videos are upsidedown

The pro-grade camera system is absolutely fantastic for capturing those precious moments with great clarity and detail. When you take a portrait photo or a vertical video, your phone adds a special orientation flag in the file's metadata to tell photo gallery apps to display it properly. Modern apps and cloud services are able to read and act upon this data to display the media correctly, but some default laptop/PC software or transfer processes may ignore this flag and display the media in its original, physical orientation. Some basic media players on a laptop may not have the built-in functionality or codecs to rotate videos according to the metadata. We'd recommend using a photo viewing application on your laptop that is robust and able to read and automatically rotate images based on the metadata. You can also record videos in the conventional landscape (horizontal) mode with the phone held so the charging port is on the right side as a workaround if you prefer, as this is the native orientation and is less likely to cause issues with non-compliant software. I like the UI (prefer it to google's version of android for features), it's pretty fast, good battery life and it's just the right size (I find a lot of modern phones to be too big to be comfortable for use). Got this refurbished for £250, couldn't have asked for something better. 256GB is amazing for a mobile, has great all-round specs really. Love the 5G implementation, didn't have that on my old A04e. (A big upgrade, I know!). My only suggestion is to install three GBoard app (Google keyboard) as it has many clever features.

Great phone for general use, gaming, occasional heavy tasks, etc. Extremely cheap in this day and age for a 2 year old flagship phone with decent specifications. I've had this phone for more than a month now after being gifted it on my birthday a month ago. I've switched from iPhone 11 so this is a huge upgrade for me. The only problem I've had with this phone is extreme overheating when gaming or operating heavy tasks, which can be a nuisance, but it cools down after a few minutes of the initial overheating.
Honestly it's a fantastic phone, I absolutely adore it.

After a few weeks I have been having problems with charging the phone. The cable often falls out by the slightest movement which can be very annoying.The print and numbers for my pin code is also very small even after I have tried to expand them in settings.

I was getting on really well then a software update changed all the settings and it has taken me ages to restore them to ones I like and can work with. Also, the AI reminders are really irritating. How can I switch them off? Basically, the phone is great, the software is becoming a nuisance.

As a hearing aid user I am impressed with the music streaming facility (Bluetooth LE Audio) and the alerts which sound on the devices for incoming email or Whatsapp messages. I am also able to stream phone calls through the hearing aids which is convenient and clearer. My main PC has a wireless charging function which I am now able to use to charge the phone (less wear and tear on the phone connector). I am looking forward to trying the Auracast facility which should help when broadcast in noisy public spaces.

I love the new phone so far, the colors are much more vibrant than my other phone, and it's just a bit smaller than my other phone, so it can fit in my pocket better. Didn’t really like how it was smaller than my other phone at first, but got used to it super quickly.

It's certainly intelligent, but it looks gorgeous at all times, even when the screen isn't activated. The phone is typically fast, though I have had issues with stability under media playback. YouTube and Amazon music, as well as Amazon video, all crash if the phone is not regularly interacted with. It appears to be an issue to do with background processes. Battery is rather mundanely average, rarely lasting a full day under regular use. The camera optics, however, are astounding, and the display is absolutely top notch. This is Samsung, after all, and that OLED tech, 120hz motion and (tasteful) colour enhancement all combine to produce astoundingly beautiful images. The overall design is reassuringly solid and high quality. If the battery were a bit beefier, and the OS a little more stable, this would be a firm 5 star. I shall update my review when Android 15 drops, as, in fairness, I suspect this phone's issues are more specific to the Google vendor based OS, rather than anything Samsung have done when "forking" things. The best Samsung I have owned to date.

I think that at such prices and products, it would be a good idea to add a charger to the USB-C cable. This new one is much more advanced and the camera gives clear brilliant photos with a lot of features too. I use it all the time. Streaming, also works well with casting from chrome direct to T.V. with no other connection. With all that and my huge Audible Library it's great at night for calm down listening- with 'off timer. Finally being able to access PDF's etc it makes living in 2 places over every week good and fluid..

Yeah I love the phone, definitely better than my s21 ultra and s22+ the only thing I don't like about it is the battery, for a flagship phone you'd expect the battery to last a bit longer, apart from that I can't think of anything else

I replaced my S21 because the screen had burn through I went into a shop in Whitton. TechRevive looking for a S24 The shop has loads of returned stock He gave me a great deal on an S23 in perfect condition and a decent case I find this newer model has better screen camera slightly quicker.The usual upgrades you'd expect nothing fantastic

I've had the phone a few months, after a couple weeks it started having an issue with the charging port, sent it to Samsung and it was fix (all free of charge) - really simple process, although did mean I had to go through the process of setting the phone up again. Since then, the phone has been great, good battery life, nice selection of apps and great camera.

In general it's a great phone and I love the design, mine is a rather lovely white colour. The battery is very good, camera and design. I chose it because I wanted it to be similar to my past phone to use which was a Samsung S10. There are a few things that have changed and I presume this is for the purposes of security - it makes things slightly less easy to access. I like the size of it, not too big but big enough. I think if I needed to use the camera for work more I would have chosen the S24 but it is a more bulky, heavier phone, understandably. All in all I'm very happy and will be sticking with Samsung for the foreseeable future. 😊

Great battery life!, super quick screen, and good camera. Oversensitive moisture detection system is really frustrating and lack of an sd card port is really disappointing on such a modern phone.

Rubbish,returned and cancelled my contract. Fingerprint sensor was very poor, always on display barely visible, no new features, no different from my A54
Phone is faulty after such a short period of time. Good phone if it wasn't faulty. Had an s22 a few years ago and that also broke after several months of light use.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
