To confirm, the S Pen must be attached to the top-right side of the device when in landscape mode. For optimal attachment, ensure the grey side of the S Pen is in contact with the device. Using any side other than the grey one can compromise the magnetic connection, potentially causing the S Pen to detach unintentionally. For best results, always attach the S Pen by aligning the grey side properly to maintain a strong hold. Your Tab S11 does indeed still have vibration, and to enable this all you need to do is head to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Tap Vibrate. Once you are in Vibrate mode, your tablet will then begin to vibrate when you receive notifications and when alarms go off. You will need to adjust the alarm accordingly to make sure it vibrates.
