I absolutely love this device. A few weeks after use everything is perfect. Camera is one of the best i have ever used, display is perfect, good size with perfect colours. Battery is a underwhelming. Still top notch but not as huge upgrade as you would expect. Processing is amazing. Can run any game, do editing, and One UI runs phenomenal. Durability is good especially due to the Titanium frame. Despite releasing 2 years ago, this phone still holds up to modern flagships and took be by surprise. Samsung did an amazing job. Only problem is oleophobic coating. Already worn off, but i have put a screen protector to resolve the problem. The boxy shape of the phone is the best i have ever used.

So for the display is amazing. There's no problems with the display. Umm which is really good uh it's bright and big, so the images are very clear, especially with the camera. It has very good zooming abilities. The images once again are very clear using the camera, so we had a lot of fun testing that out in terms of the processor, there's no lag when I'm using the phone so far, which is good, so hopefully keeps it up that way in terms of durability. It seems really durable, but hey I don't want to test it. I paid a lot of money for. So that's good. In terms of the battery life, it usually lasts a day or full from full charge, but I hope maybe later on if when I upgrade to another something from it, there's a better battery. But overall it's a really good phone.

First of all, I like the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 which is powerful for day to day task and good for gaming too. Secondly, the cameras are great not a huge improvement over precious models but they're still great, the display is perfect, anti reflectong coating makes it really usefull outdoors. The corners i love them, it sands out unique when placed on table, completely unique phone. However, the battery is a bi disappointing not going to lie, the battery needs improvement even Iphones now have better batteries.

Not a smooth running phone. Cant run audible and instagram at the same time. Cant run youtube and any other app in backround without freezing. Constantly need to restart the phone to get it running okay since samsungs apps hoard all the worlds data and slow down the phone. VERY unimpressed after having an s22 that worked better.

I had to swap it for an iPhone, sorry to say. I did like the feel of the phone a lot, however, being an old fogey, I couldn’t get used to it. If I’d had enough time to get used to it I probably would’ve preferred it. It was cheaper, better camera, brighter display and the 1Tb storage is 4 times greater than this iPhone.

TLDR: Have a spare phone ready for when (not if) your S24U dies. Samsung will take over a week to repair (or warranty) the phone. My phone died sitting on my desk. No warning, no symptoms, just died one evening. After scrambling to figure out what to do, I contacted support. They walked me through the standard troubleshooting, then recommended I go to one of their local authorized repair centers. I was unable to schedule the repair online because Samsung's website is terrible. I tried every browser I have: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Tried difference devices. No luck. The live chat agent recommended I call the repair center to schedule the appointment. With... what phone? The one sitting on my desk, dead? I took about two hours of PTO to drive to the local authorized repair shop to be told the phone is dead. As if that wasn't obvious. They sent me home to contact Samsung. That's right: the repair shop does not do the repair, just confirms that the phone is, in fact, dead. Now the real nightmare begins. Contact Samsung. Explain I went to their authorized repair center and they diagnosed the phone with a dead motherboard. After some runaround, they tell me to send the phone to their Texas facility to be inspected. What was the point of going to the local place to have it looked at? Send the phone to Texas. Phone sits for ~36hours without being touched. Phone is "under inspection" for another 48hours, finally gets repaired, and is now sitting on their dock waiting to be shipped. By the time I get my phone back, it will be a minimum of 7 full days without it. I lost PTO going to their authorized repair center for no reason. I lost more time at work, as my phone is used for MFA. I lost data. Luckily I was able to back up the important stuff, but Samsung doesn't back up your photos to the Samsung cloud (that's right - double check while you can!). All the while, I was told that it's not their problem the phone failed and I didn't have one. Had this been an certain other fruit-based product, I would have been given an entirely new product same day. So instead, I was without my phone for 7 days, lost PTO, and now have a repaired phone due to a manufacturer's defect. I will be immediately turning in the phone and getting something different. I have owned no less than 10 Samsung products over the last few years (TVs, phones, watches, earbuds, trackers, etc.) with ZERO warranty claims. And this is how they treat me. I will never purchase another Samsung product again.

I love the phone but samsung has removed the video option from calls. I don't like google, I liked samsung. If I wanted google I would have bought google. Also I loved the samsung messenger. Again they ruined their old system. Next phone probably won't be samsung

My Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, regularly updated, since purchased, as recommended by Samsung. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung for decades. Two weeks ago, I took the Samsung instruction to update my phone, downloading the latest version. The result of this has been complete failure of the device, for several weeks, whilst working (TV/Media) over here in the USA. My Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra is my primary phone, I use it for work. The result of the 'update' was to cause my phone to repeatedly 'power down', then, in it's own time, to power back up for short periods of time. I had the phone checked out before coming to the US, gaining the knowledge that the battery and screen are fine. I also have plenty of storage space. I have taken advice from my fellow BBC Engineering team about issues with software updates and possible effects on phones. How long would Samsung expect a well cared for Galaxy 22 Ultra's life to be? Given the investment I would certainly hope longer than this. This has all been thoroughly inconvenient to say the least and caused me considerable stress, wasted time and the trouble of not being able to use a reliable cell whilst away with my work. It appears that I might well now be forced to invest in another phone to replace this one. I would like some answers please. Is this a known issue? Does Samsung care about loyalty, returning customers?! What should I do now, buy a Samsung 24 Ultra, as a replacement...or is it a matter of turning my back on this company.

Although the hardware, the software (except the issue with the "active apps" soft button often not responding) and the camera are worthy of a 5* review, the big issue I have found is the lifespan of the Oleophobic Coating (the coating that should stop fingerprints/grease showing) which is not what I would expect for such a premium phone with 7 years of software updates --- the coating first failed to the point where the fingerprint recognition often would not working and needing wiping every few hours after 8 months of normal use, and even after a screen replacement 5 months ago, has once again got to need wiping a few times a day.

I'm happy with just about everything mechanical and structural about the phone, but I am annoyed at the number of apps that now put up notifications for stuff that I don't want. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 did not do this. I keep getting notifications about collections of photographs that something has assembled even though I did not ask it to.

I recommend the function of heating the housing to 40°C When using simple applications It works well so you don't have to play for a long time

Would be great if it hadn't have had to go in for repair twice already. Since the latest update there has been a very widespread issue with the charging software that doesn't seem to be acknowledged by Samsung. A quick search on Google proves that so many others are having the same issue. You are given little to no information regarding the actual repair, tracking and reference numbers don't work. I've been with Samsung for almost 20yrs and these issues have made me reconsider upgrading with them again.

I got the Fold 7 on the 22nd of July. I smart switched from Fold 6 to 7. That is the longest time I used the Fold 7. After that, I put it back in my phone pouch. Every day I would look at it and admire how thin it is. But upon looking on the 3rd day, I noticed that it was not fully flat when I unfolded it. For a phone this expensive, it shouldn't have this kind of issue. I don't like the replacement journey. It was a hassle and overwhelming. I should not have ordered the Fold 7; my Fold 6 is a year old now and some days, and it is still flat when unfolded. I regret buying the fold 7.

Absolutely without a shadow of a doubt the worst Samsung phone I have ever had and I have been with Samsung since I can't remember. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't see because it is tiny. Really small. Even with my specs I can't read the tiny letters. The battery doesn't last more than half a day no matter what is says on the phone. I have to charge it at lunch and dinnertime. That worse than alcatel. The system itself is just nonsense why change from a perfectly good system to this camp chirruping rubbish. My system was fine on my m33ultra that cost £200. 3 day stand by huge screen. Mega fast processor. Then I upgraded and wish I never had. I will never buy Samsung again...ever.

I love my s24 ultra and I have it in the colour titanium violet. First of all, the performance is outstanding and the display is also outstanding. The camera is amazing (I will post a picture of the moon using my camera on the s24 ultra) and there was never any issues with it. The battery is amazing and works just like my previous s23 ultra which I loved before I got my new phone upgrade. Samsung honestly you have never disappointed me and I have been using my galaxy s24 ultra for 7 months now and I can tell you that yous have really showed a difference in each product yous design and like yous said on my galaxy tab s10 ultra review that yous will never disappoint me, yous haven't lol This phone is my best friend, really reliable and I won't ever need to rely on a note book and pen cause I can just whip out my spen instead hahaha

The screen ment to be scratch proof but got sliding marks what's stane on screen so when you cleaned it you always see the marks otherwise good phone
I love the new feel of the phone, the camera is fantastic. The battery life is okay since my old phone too had 5000 mah capacity. I thought that the cooling system would be way better but its average since I do moderate gaming on this device, the display refresh rate is just spectacular and worth it. Overall this phone is good.

The main reason I bought this S24 Ultra was because of the incredibly good camera, to save carrying around my conventional camera and accessories whenever I go anywhere memorable. I am not disappionted, having recently returned from a holiday in Cyprus. It easily captured all those amazing tones of blue skies, blue seas seen around the coasts of the Mediterranean and Greek islands. I do like the larger display associated with the Ultra models, and the battery holds it's charge well. Other than those points, it has all the functionality, usability and quality I have become used to from Samsung over the years I have been using them.

The battery life is good and lasts a long time. The camera is also good however I expected it to be better than it was. The thing that I was slightly disappointed with was the low gaming graphics for such a new phone turns out my much cheaper Samsung had better graphics. Good zoom on camera but shutter speed slow so miss things easily. Alot of glitches and it does overheat easily. Doesn't have microphone option for texting which i found helpful on other phones. Doesn't have a "pause app" like my old phone which was helpful, only uninstall.

I moved to samsung over 10 years ago and it was the best move I made, I've recently upgraded from a Samsung galaxy s9 which served me well over the years and I'm now the proud owner of an s24 ultra and what an amazing upgrade it was. The camera is phenomenal and the design and performance is outstanding. The battery will last a few days on low to medium use and the S pen has been a hit with myself and my young daughter who loves to doodle a few drawings when we are waiting around and instant cure to boredom rather than watching videos or playing games.

I was expecting more from the Battery in terms of longevity. Given you can only use 60% (we are now advised to top up at no less than 20 up to 80 to preserve battery life) this is very important. Why not get rid of the redundant pen (who really uses it?) for more battery space? Performance is lack lustre. It's no real perceived difference from my S21 ultra. Camera is superb. The 200 megapixel really gives great detail when you zoom in. Design meh. It looks identical so nothing new here. Display is what I'm used to. The AI assistants are great in places, particularly the simultaneous translation and annoying in others. Sometimes I just want to get to a website not see your interpretation of it. Why can't Bixby either go away or replace my Alexas? Make it useful.

Excellent phone,I've had lots of samsung phones, from s7 upwards. Wouldn't think of getting the s25 ultra because, the s24 ultra is more or less the same anyway

The product is not worth its hype and its price. For my fingerprint to work I have to put a special glass on it, otherwise it won't work from the day I bought it. The battery is disastrous. When I bought it and in the ads it said the battery was durable, but it wasn't. The camera is standard, there aren't many options to choose from, and to improve the quality. Honestly, for half the price I could have bought a much more durable phone.

I switched from an iPhone 16 after owning iPhones since 2012 and just become so fed up of how boring they are, I dont change my phone often but when I do I like to feel I've upgraded and you just dont get that with Apple. I decided to just jump over to the dark side ajd try Android and Samsung and wow...it's heads and shoulders above apple. Feature rich, beautiful screen and design and love the stylus and all you can do with it. Just such a pleasant phone to use and carry around with me.

Appalling phone my s22 was much better. Charging port is already broken. Camera is fuzzy id return it but I need my.phone for work

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
