I'm not someone who knows a lot about smart phones but in comparison to my previous phone this is far better. I probably won't use all the features but so far what I have used has been loaded quickly and conveniently.

This has been the worst phone I have ever had..Very soon after purchasing it ,I did an update and the phone completely died..I had to send it away to be fixed losing loads of my pictures and videos..It still needs to be turned off all time as it freezes..Not impressed at all.

The outide desighn is smooth and minimal which is very nice. Tge only issue at first was the battery going down but over time it changed (?) And the battery became longer . I relly enjoy my galaxy though. I did not buy it from the direct store and instead bought it from ebay because samsung decided to change their shipping date after ordering even though the i needed the phone urgently before a specific date. This caused me to return it . The phone itself is great thought its just tge service.

I bought this phone in August of 2024 and the battery is already bad. It usually doesn't last the day. Everything else about the phone is great, just not the battery. Definitely going back to the Ultra, when I get back to the US.

It is nice, the phone is worth the money
Lifetime samsung user. This device has great hardware and until the last mandatory OS update i had no complaints. However there is now a huge amount of ai features i did not need or ask for that are near impossible to track down and disable that destroy battery life. I will be replacing the phone in a few months with the lowest ai handset available.

Nice looking and compact. Very poor for typing emails - lots of mis-keying compared with a Blackberry with proper raised keys. Low intelligence as it never seems to l "Learn" my habits/preferences. Worse battery life than my old Blackberry. Has reduced my productivity. Not that impessed overall as cost much more than my BB. Would not recommend.

The battery is better than my old Samsung, can last up to 24 hrs. I still prefer photos taken by friend's with iphone.

Tried anither brand but nott having a samsung for 2 year has proven I'm a samsung person. Phone is easy to use and copying contact and pgotos over was a breeze the phone has good from speed even in gaming over all easy to use and quick processing

I love the phone but the battery life is not long at all. Im charging the phone up to 3 times a day because the battery drains so quickly. Is there any way to rectify this? I dont have any apps running in the background or apps left open and dont use the phone often enough to warrant recharging so frequently

Can not get do not disturb to work. Lots of other apps not working properly. Facial recognition and fingerprint not working. Texts dissapear randomly.

I can't seem to get whatsapp to work. Also, the photos won't stay visible for long enough to draw from them.

To increase the length the screen is illuminated so that you can draw from it, please head to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Secure lock settings > Enter PIN/Password > Auto lock when screen turns off > Select your preferred length of time. You can also make use of the 'Extend Unlock' features on the Lock screen and AOD page, which keeps your phone unlocked under certain conditions. Battery works well and lasts all day for my usage. Find it can duplicate photos for no reason. The keyboard doesn't seem to learn my style automatically and can find that it has no word suggestions popping up. Love the quality of the photos but miss the flower / macro shot options for more intricate images. The new features for helping find best position are easy to use. Would recommend.

Hi, I am not getting along very well to be honest. The phone is not compartible with most of my wearables (e.g, Gear S3 Frontier and Galaxy beam buds) and its forcing me to replace my devices that are still serving me. Not happy at all as everybody is not equal in terms of finances. Regards, Fabian

Not a grate phone camera is just ok to be fair Other cheaper phones have just as good cameras on them Also phonebis abit slow and texting can be a bit slow responding and as for predicted text it's like it's dyslexic battery life is grate though Ring tone selection is crap and the message alert selection is terrible they are to quiet Design is basic and generic

Hangs, heats up and uselessly slow. I will return it if I could
The phone is fast. But the selfie camera is poor, makes me look distorted. Phone reception isn't great either, not as good as my old phone. It uses more data than my old phone too. Wish I'd bought a different phone.

It's a good phone the battery is ok however the camera works but 8t isnt or doesn't appear to take as good photos as my old galaxy s20fe the pictures are grainier thank my old phone

Better page colour is missing. Sd card is a very very important. I only bought s24 because my s10e stopped getting updates and change of battery was not economical… but now after using s24… I should have gone for change of battey on my s10e..the fonts on s24 is no different than s10e…… very bad and poor colour. Iphones have the best display .. Value for money s24 is 2 out of 5.

I love my Samsung Galaxy S24!!!!! I was worried I'd have all sorts of problems moving my apps from my previous phone but the smart switch was amazing, just a few clicks and everything moved over, amazing. I'm a not very tech savvy 66 year old, but this made it all so simple. I love the phone, camera is great and it's the perfect size for carrying around, (my previous phone had a larger screen but was an awkward size to fit in my pockets). I would definitely recommend Samsung to friends and family.

I had the S22 for almost 4 year's then my battery started going. I have had this S24 for a little over a month & my battery goes before the day is out. I don't get 5G,

I seem to have lost most of the photos that were on my old Samsung - how do I retrieve them? The press on button on the phone is very near the flap on my phone cover - makes it difficult to use.

I thought the battery would lat longer. Display is really good as is the camera. Don't think there's much difference from the samsung galaxy s21 apart from smaller size.

This is a brand new phone. The battery is at 25% by 2.30pm in a day and is dead around an hour later. This phone is either faulty or just terrible

The screen is super bright and smooth (that 120Hz really shows), and the new titanium body feels premium but not too heavy. Battery easily lasts me a full day with heavy use. Camera is excellent – especially the 5x zoom, which is super sharp and much more practical than the old 10x. Night shots look great, and the new AI photo editing tools are actually useful, not just gimmicky. Galaxy AI features are surprisingly helpful – I’ve used the live translation in real conversations and it worked better than I expected. Note Assist is also great for summarising uni notes.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
